Kalmar, you hear a screech, not from the kenku you just slew, but from his two fellows as the witness how fast he was cut down. Feel free to describe the fatality.

Kalmar’s longsword connects with the kenku’s head slicing through feathers and gouging a divot from its beak. He keeps his rotation going, dropping to a low crouch as he drives his shortsword upwards towards the Kenku’s chest. He feels a moment of resistance as it punches through the muscle and bone, the hilt jams against the avian’s sternum and it’s lifted unto its tiptoes for a moment before its body goes slack. The growl that rumbles deep from Kalmar’s throat has a bestial quality that he knows should worry him, but there’s no time for that now.

Ringo, that's just barely a killing blow, go ahead and describe the fatality.
The last kenku is looking fearfully at his two fellows who were just cut down, darting his head and eyes around the room fruitlessly for the fourth kenku who fled. Fluttercloak drops his crossbow and runs forward, unsheathing a dagger as he does so. He aims a strike for the other kenku's bow.

The last kenku tries valiantly but vainly to hold onto his weapon as Fluttercloak hews it from his hand. He puts his feathered arms up.
Kalmar, the kenku seems nonplussed by you attempted intimidation, eyeing you coldly. Fluttercloak saddles up behind him, puts a dagger to his neck, and mimics Kalmar's exact phrase.
Kalmar, you may reroll intimidation from Fluttercloak's help.
Ringo, looking around the room you discern some more details from the gristly scene. Five of the human corpses strewn about have winged black snake tattoos on their necks or forearms. Of the other seven, one has a tattoo of a ten-spoked circle on the palm of his hand. Looking about some more, you find a door to a storage closet in the north of the building, its door on its hinges, and a strong smell of fish and vinegar from within. Also on the north wall, you notice a hidden door, just to the left of the closet.
You all also see better that the second floor of this warehouse is a balcony/parapet.

The captive kenku looks terrified, and frantically begins to mimic a series of snippets of speech, first in a gruff orc voice, then a thin nasally voice, followed by a scratchy one, "Xanathar sends its regards--Tie up the pretty boy in the back room...follow the yellow signs in the sewers--No time to loot the place, just get him to the boss." Looking over at the door Ringo uncovered, the kenku emits the sound of clinking coin.

Ringo pulls out his sword, regaining his posture from the slice wound down the torso, and strikes at the Kenku in front of him.

Ringo, with both hands wrapped around his longsword’s hilt, swings it around over his head and lops off kenku’s head.
Kalmar points his sword at the last remaining Kenku. Wanna stay alive? Start talking, where’d your friend go?
Ringo goes around and investigates the room while Kalmar questions the Kenku.
