Tomoe fires 2 shots at Archer 3 from long range. This gives your attacks disadvantage but you miss regardless so no need to roll again. Every time the weapon is used, Tomoe will slowly learn how to use it better. (Proficiency Progress: 4/150)

Archer3 dodges Lucia's flurry of attacks only to have his head parted from his shoulders by Kate. Ingrid skewers her foe and tosses the body into the ground. Seeing how bad the situation has gotten for them, the remaining bandits scatter and begin fleeing in whichever direction they can.
Lucia says, "Could be better Chief. Really need a rest." Kate says, "The bolts of fire really took a toll on me. Need to patch up." Ingrid says, "I'm fine Onee-chan. You don't have to worry about me."
Ingrid says, "I think we should heal Kate and press on. There are about 5 different doors and it would be very difficult to block all of them. If we can clear out a room inside the fortress, it would be much easier to rest."
Lucia asks, "What about me? I'm pretty beat up and drained of ki." Ingrid looks to Lucia and says, "You will have to hold out just a bit longer until we find a place to rest. We can't use up all our healing right now since it would be wise to save some on emergency. You are quick. You would be able to stay out of harms way until we find a place to rest."
Lucia doesn't seem to like the idea of not being healed or given time to recharge ki.
((Weird. I did not notice that. Let me check. Oh it's not an error. I set all of your potions to 0 because they are in your bag of holding. If you go down to the Other Possessions section, you will see that all your potions are written under the Bag of Holding heading. I did this to manage weight.
Also you have 4 Common healing potions, 4 supreme healing potions, 1 Greater healing potion, 1 divine healing potion, 1 revival potion.)
Tomoe passes kate 2 of her 4 basic potions. We are not sure how long we have to fight to secure a foothold. We need to be as close to our best as we can.
I believe Tomoe is in need of some healing too. She will drink the other 2 herself.
Its 2d4 +2 per potion right?

I could be a dick right now and say Kate suffers from Potion Overdose since she's downing a total of 5 potions but that would be a dick move and potion overdose feels as a mechanic feels unnecessary and hostile.
Anyway, Kate heals:77 Tomoe heals: 77
Also I'm apparently an idiot because I read wrong. Tomoe had 5 common potions not 4. So after using 2 on herself and giving 2 to Kate, she would have 1 left over to use on whoever.
Once were all drunk on potions, we proceed to the door. Should we try to sneak in, or did they hear the ruckus we just made and are already preparing to fight us and thus, we kick in the door?

That's actually really hard to say because of potion RNG but I can tell you that she has 56/65 HP. So she's missing 9 HP. So I would say 2-3 potions.
