((@JustBrad, only need to re-roll the 20, I'll take the first damage set :) - also could the campaign owner change the DM over to me from JustBrad please))
Erro darts forward, slicing into the Lurker, who reals back in surprise that lunch suddenly bit back. He leaves a nasty gash all along the face of the Lurker.
Tempest darts forward, attacking the confused and bewildered Lurker. It has managed to shrug off the web, but is growling and snarling at the fire still. It gives a yelp of pain as Tempest hits, then it's tiny brain is assailed by Ellis's Mockery

Lurker's go
The Lurker by Erro gives a long low snarl, eyes him up for a moment then darts forward with an attack, biting down (disadvantage due to Ellis)
10, damage 10
The Lurker by Tempest recoils under the attack and shakes it's whole body trying to get rid of the fire, growling almost pitifully while doing it. As this is a wild animal, not an intelligent creature, I'll say it would still try and put out the 'fire' it can see as it's action. I'll roll a DC 10 Wisdom check for it, and if it passes it will realise it can ignore the fire and focus elsewhere the next round.
Darion spots that Tahvo is still looking as if he is about to bolt, so moves over and as his action tries to reassure him "We are almost out of this Tahvo, running off now would be almost certain death." he suggests. I'll roll an opposed persuasion check, adv to Darion (hand waving his luck / portent for the moment)
Darion: 10, Tahvo: 16
Meanwhile Daner spots that Lomar has broken free of Kanush's grasp, and is backing away. He runs over and attempts a grapple "Don't be stupid" he hisses

Erro feels the exhilaration of combat take hold of him as he lands an effective blow, bolstering his confidence. The lurker snaps at him again, but its action is telegraphed enough that Erro is able to nimbly dart out of the way of the powerful bite that snaps only air, though the gnashing of teeth is terrifyingly loud. Erro tries to stick his sword into the lurker's flank to press his advantage:
Attack: 16 Damage: 6.
Hunter's Mark: 1, Colossus Slayer: 6 now that the target is no longer at max HP.

Ellis will cast Vicious Mockery at the creature close to Erro, thinking that they can do this. Then he would look over at Tempest, seeing how he's handling the other creature. "Keep going at it!" he would say, giving Bardic Inspiration to Tempest. "Please don't leave, Tahvo! We'll get out of this safely like we did the temple!" he would call out to him as well.
Action: Vicious Mockery at the creature close to Erro, 14 WIS Save or take 4 damage and disadvantage on next attack roll
Erro's aim is try, as he exploits the Lurker's injury, spotting where it fractionally slows the creature down. He is rewarded with another surprised snarl as he digs a nasty wound in the creatures side. He can clearly see the Lurker is now hurt and in pain, baffled by the Dinner's refusal to accept digestion.
Unfortunately Ellis and Tempest have less luck, the creatures anger seemingly shielding it from Ellis' cruel mockery and it's scaly hide causing Tempest's attach to just slide off... It's eyes turn angrily towards Tempest...
The Lurker in front of Erro looks (in as much as a huge, hungry reptilian carnivore can) confused and taken back by these injuries. It rears back and shakes it's head.
To see if it retreats, I'll role a Wisdom check against DC 10. These are wild animals, not fanatical Orcs!

With a snort, and then a piercing, rolling shriek the Lurker in front of Erro abruptly backs away and starts running off back into the jungle, taking a double move (Erro can make an attack of opportunity if he wishes). Erro watches as the creature disappears into the foliage, noting how careful and comparatively quiet it is...
Meanwhile the Lurker facing Tempest looks up at it's companion's cry, then decides it to needs to escape. Though not before taking it's lunch with it. It will bite down and attempt to pick up the large, tasty looking spider in it's jaw. Regardless of whether it is successful, it will then start moving off into the jungle. This will involve an opposed grapple check with Tempest
23.
No damage this turn, however if it is successful and you are still grappled by it by the time of it's next go, it will have advantage on the attack. And those teeth look sharp
Daner seems to have held down a panic stricken Lomar, who seems slightly calmer as the two beasts start to move away.
Tahvo on the other hand, eyes wide bolts away from the group.
"Oh bugger!" Darion mutters under his breath. Desperate to stop Tahvo he casts Sleep on him (1st level, not really any way it can fail!). Tahvo slowly collapses asleep to the ground, and Darion rushes over to him.

Ellis was surprised and confused as the one creature runs away, relieved. But then he was shocked as the other one grabbed Tempest before running off. "Tempest!" he yelled before noticing Tahvo start to run but glad that Darion stopped him. Ellis quickly moves 30 feet towards the one that got Tempest and throws his dagger in an attempt to hurt it or at least distract it so it would stop running.

((Oh yeah, the rippers. How delicious.))
Erro will absolutely take the opportunity attack as spitefully and as grumpily as he can.
Sword: Attack: 6 Damage: 10.
(I’ll rules check later to see if Hunter’s Mark and Colossus slayer proc again on a reaction) If they do:
Mark: 1, Slayer: 1.
Erro is surprised at the lizard’s behavior, but he is thankful. He hisses a curse at it and then turns his attention back towards his new party. The boy was unconscious and two were missing. What was going on?
Erro's blade slices a chunk of flesh of the fleeing Lurker, which snarls and carries on running, a noticeably limp...
Okay, Tempest do you want to make another athletics / acrobatics check to see if you escape the Lurker's grip - that first one was technically your opposed grapple on it's turn. You find yourself scooped up in the Lurker's rancid mouth, the hot stale breath almost choking you even in your spider form.
I'll wait to see what happens with Tempest, but the creature goes at a real pace... and you rapidly see your friends disappear in the trees (it's speed is 60ft!) Tempest, leaving you feeling all alone with this creature...
The rest of you would watch appalled as it thunders away, not being as quiet as it's comrade! But it will soon get lost in the dense forest.

Tempest - you are grappled, but this doesn't provide disadvantage to the attack, so you would get advantage from Faerie Fire. I'll roll for you: 15
