Walking around the laboratory, casually glancing at things like he's at a museum of uninteresting artifacts, Sylyra wonders aloud, "The priest asked us to come help him determine whether the dead was, in fact, a dragon. The bones confirmed as much. Then, we — myself included — let our curiosity get the better of us. We opened this secret chamber and have now exposed ourselves to known and as-of-yet unknown dangers." He stops and looks around at the others. "And for what? One hundred gold pieces and a scroll?" He makes a sour face. "What is our purpose here?"
"The priest needed some evidences that he can present to others. That we did not get yet - assorted dragon bones might not be enough. And since we were the one who awaken the evil here, we can not simply turn around and leave it like this." "I am not leaving," concluded Ola.
Uragum continues to stroll about when Sylyra asks about the purpose.
"I for one, like the challenge, like the pay, but also have interest in keeping the towns folk from harm. If something truly dangerous is here, I'd like to know what, lest we send more to their deaths not knowing what lurks here."
He twirls his fingers through the air a bit before saying, "but I cant speak for anyone else but myself."

Uragum Arcana: 6 Ruik Arcana: 5
Uragum stands over the table, examining the ingredients intently, perplexed. The ingredients have no labels, and he has never seen this combination of alchemical agents before. The note, however, has writing in Common. After reading through the tomes, which all seem to contain magic gobbledygook, Ruik joins him to read it:
Raaxil, I have figured out how to complete the process. When you are ready, simply pour the contents of this blue pot into the cauldron and stir. The effects should be instantaneous, but DO NOT DRINK THE RESULTING POTION.
Sylyra blinks at Ola as she speaks, but his facial expression is inscrutable. When she finishes and Uragrum speaks, the elf looks at the goliath. When the issue turns to the note and the cauldron, the druid seems content to stand silently and wait for something else to happen.
Having studied the ingredients long enough, Uragum takes an exaggerated stretched and says, "Alright, lets do this." He then makes his way to where the skeletons were said to be. He will then causiously move and only if they are are grouped up will he toss his ice dagger
The party continues their descent behind Uragum and Sylyra, following the spiraling passage into a third room.
This chamber’s walls are painted to look like the inside of a dragon’s lair: the scenes depict piles of treasure, robed acolytes bowing in supplication, bound prisoners being served up as a meal, etc. All the paintings focus toward the alcove in the south wall, where a pile of gold coins form a nest perfect for a large dragon! In addition to the paintings, there are four large glyphs: one each on the north, south, east and west walls. The southern glyph is within the alcove. These glyphs glow slightly in the dark of the rooms. In the northwest corner of the room, a teleportation circle has been etched into the floor. The lack of wear on the etchings implies that the circle was created very recently. A thick metal rod, inscribed with sigils stands in the middle of the circle. Lying on the floor in different parts of the room are 4 dead bodies. Although the bodies look roughly humanoid, they are stitched together from various parts, including some that appear to be draconic in nature.
The bodies, if undead, do not seem to be active, and are spread throughout the room, each 20-30 feet away from each other.
Stopping at the bottom Uragum scans the room befor saying, "Right... the bodies are one the ground and spread out so no ice knife unless we group them or we can take them one at a time. If we know they will get up, I say we take them when they are down. Let's ready ourselves and all attack the closest one at once, and then move to the next and so on."
With that said he moves forward a bit so everyone can prepare themselves. He, himself, prepares the frostbite spell. "Alright, on the count of three, 1, 2, Three!" he shouts out.
Preparing the frostbite spell to cast when all are ready. Hes just assuming they are in on the plan but should someone object he'd stop.
The plan was sound but there was one thing bothering Ola here. "Wait! The skeletons we fought before - I swear, they were not undead, just bones, simple bones. And then something happen - with that throne? - so skeletons suddenly become animated. There is something in here that makes them alive. Unless we pulverize those bodies, I do not think we can even harm them now. Can you see with your magic what animate those things? May be it will be easier to avoid or destroy that?
She herself was hopelessly looking the glowing glyphs, the circle and the mystical rod, trying to recall anything familiar (she did not move from her spot at the bottom of the staircase, just looked).
"Well now that you say that, when I was down here, the glyphs glowed brighter when I got closer to them and they came to life... or unlife. Maybe We need to destroy the glyphs."
Uragum puts down his hands and let snout a sigh. "Well, if you give me some time with each glyph I can discern its properties and tell ya what they do, but to do that I need to be very very close to it. I was planning on doing just that but if I get interrupted, say by them bag of bones, then I have to start all over again."

Nodding with a slight disappointment at not getting to join the fight he heads cautiously to the glyph farthest from the corpses. First he'll visually inspect the glyphs and if all appears good he'll cast identify
OOC: Your analysis with Ola is spot on. Those skeletons definitely did not register as undead when you used your senses, while they were standing still.
As Uragum makes his way across the room toward a glyph, all four begin to glow brightly. Immediately, the four bodies spring up and animate, rising to their feet.
Each one has some semblance of draconic features, such as small wings, tails, and elongated necks.
Placement: The zombies are spread throughout the room; two are 30 feet from the entrance, and two are 50 feet from the entrance. Uragum is in the middle of the room, within range of any zombie. The rest of the party is at the entrance to the room.
OOC: I had an impression Uragum did not reach the circle and zombies animated the moment he step into the room, moving from the bottom of the stairs we were all standing.
Ola gave her own shout: "Upstairs! They will drop dead again or follow us one by one - easier to fight!"

"Go!" Sylyra encourages. He conjures a dancing flame in his hand and throws it at the nearest zombie. He then begins backing toward the door with the intention of staying out of harm's way, but letting everyone else exit and then attacking them as he and Uragum had planned before (ice knife/knives once they're bunched).
Action: produce flame attack: 24, damage: 8 fire damage

"Hey Ruik, what does that note say?"

Ruik will read aloud what the note says so the others can hear. He'll follow behind as they make their way to the next room.
