Shae will do one last round of med checks and cooling while they get everyone situated on the disk to follow the Professor. She will pull out the map for everyone to review and confirm Fangs review of their surroundings and Maxine’s plan. Through her actions, the scholar was hoping to provide some Guidance to the team in preparation of executing their plan.
In her mind, the warlock will stare out into the area visualizing scenarios in her mind. Her hands and fingers would twitch as she’d think about using some of her magic, thinking about what could work and what wouldn’t work. Sometimes she’d even shake her head at herself as if to say, no, not that. Shae would rock up and down from the tips of her toes to her heels in anticipation.
Okay, so the disk could reasonably hold about four to five people along with your stuff, or everyone, if you dump the bulkiest items. So, who gets on the disk, and who is walking?

Shae’s eyes will ping wide and she’ll look to Berrus with excitement. She’ll grab his face, planting a kiss on his forehead. “Brilliant! I totally forgot about those. We didn’t end up using them with the hags.” And she’ll let go to start digging in her bags for the Torchstalks. “Potential fiery explosive shroom anyone? Doubles as a great torch if it doesn’t blow. Still handy.”
"You know, if this sneaking business doesn't work, we could put all the fiery mushrooms in a bag and have Whiff fly over the top of the Troll, drop the bag, and breathe his superheated steam to see if that makes them explode," suggests the Professor somewhat excitedly after being reminded of the incendiary shrooms.

Fang nods in agreement to the plan “I have one you can use if it come to that, I can always make a new one. Perhaps from troll skin ...” he continues along keeping himself between the troll and the disk, maintaining 10 feet of distance between himself and Berrus.
Maxine is obviously walking - light-footed and alert. The idea with explosives was met by her with great enthusiasm, of course, and any help she can provide on the matter, was provided.
After the plan is hashed out, the Professor recasts the ritual for the disc to have the longest possible duration on it, and you distribute your gear and all of the crew apart from Brax and Cliff. Zip and Falx on the disc both ready their crossbows to be able to add a bit of defence to them, should the troll get too close, but in the cramped conditions on the disc, not a lot of fighting is going to be possible. Maxine takes the torchstalks, as Berrus straps on his shield and checks the armour straps. The Professor stands a bit forward, looking for the easiest pat hto take through the terrain, while Fang readies his bow and steps close to Berrus. Shae meanwhile is getting ready to cast fly and take to the air, should the troll attack.
For the ease off this, I am going to use a battle map and have you all roll initiative, even if we're not in combat (yet). Please note that the battlemap below has a scale of ten feet per square.
If all you want to do is move forward as quietly and stealthily as possible, you can roll your stealth check directly after your initiative. If you plan on doing something else, please add that in the description, and I'll adjudicate accordingly.

Fang moves as stealthily forward as possible his right hand on Berrus shoulder, just to let the dwarf know he’s still behind him, as the group makes its way around the troll towards the alternative route he spotted previously.

Shae will wait as long as she can before she takes off from the ground. Heart pounding. From mid pack, she’d keep an eye on those before her, specifically Berrus leading the charge, hoping he could take comfort in their presence of support behind him. She’ll take deep steady breaths to keep calm, focusing on her magical link with Kam. Deep down, she’d be psyching herself up to be bait.

You all approach the stream slowly but surely. The shale and mud underground makes it difficult to move without making any sound whatsoever, but you trudge on, keeping a low profile and trying to remain, if possible, behind some natural formation or other that covers you.
Perception: 20 vs 12
As you move forward though, you see Fang signal you all, Mushu's detecting movement from the troll. It looks like it noticed the smell of you all in the area, and it is looking around for food now, slowly approaching, and keeping a nose to the air. It approaches, and overall you're now both closer to the stream.

Berrus moves slowly toward the troll to provide some cover/distraction ( say about 3 squares towards the river allowing the rest of the group to pass behind him)
“We’re going to have to distract him long enough to get everyone safely to the other side of the stream. And far enough away.” Shae started to wonder how fast she’d have to be to avoid being swatted like a fly from the troll, hoping that they didn’t have to result to fire until they were on the other side. “I can start luring him away with a fly by until at least a couple of you get over safely.” She’d turn her head to Maxine, basically looking for the go ahead.
“I don’t think that should be necessary” giving a long stare toward Shae. “If we move up river on our side we’ll reach a tree line and go around him that way. Fang continues moving forward as before and reminds Mushu to keep his eyes trained on the creature but to “Not try anything foolish, like that time in the Kobolds lair.”
