Fang would give Shae the requisite item. Then seeing Glasses having finished the floating disk ritual “Are we setting off again so soon? I had hoped I might kill one of those sharks”
Glasses:
The Professor shrugs and says, "I was expecting we would want to get moving as soon as possible, but I suppose we could wait a few hours and try to chart a new path using our map." Looking a bit confused, Snively adds, "but why do you want to kill a shark?"

Fang happily accepts Glasses help. After all, no one really asks how you got something... If no one wants to accompany Fang (or if a 5x5 Ice raft can only support Fang) then he makes his way out towards the submerged village using his shield as a makeshift oar.
Figuring out very quickly that the ice-raft would only remain under the Professor's control for thirty feet, a very wet Fang returns to shore, and starts to head up to the tree line to start sourcing some good timber to make a raft out of. He wanted it primarily for hunting sharks, but it might even be something they might use to get around tricky passages if they wanted to follow the cliffs.
The Captain has been thinking for a while and turning to Fang, she asks: "You didn't see anything when up on the tree, right? Can you try and climb any higher? I want to know what that is..." She points to a few moving flecks just above the horizon, probably a flock of birds or something similar.
Bertrand and Cliff, inspired by Fang's activity, head off towards the tree line too, to try and help in whatever capacity they can. Brax and Falx have gone off to look for edible roots, plants and berries, since Faekin making off with some rations made your need for provisions more immediate, and even if he was still here, you'd still need provisions for the journey.
Shae quickly finishes braiding her hair, now sporting the black feather.
While Fang is off starting to gather wood for a raft, what does the rest of you want to do for now?

Today Maxine created two potions - she finally learned to add a specific effect but necessity to use raw magic for that did not make her happy. Shae's words did not cheer her up either (they were not meant to, of course) but at least provided a good distraction. "You know, when you save someone's life and first thing you hear from that person "you dirty thief" - it does say a lot about the character. Still, I am sure anyone in Fang's village would agree, we have to blame ourselves here. Feakin could barely walk, still needs to replace his bandages every day, he is a small gnomish clerk, not a sailor and yet, that sick weak person managed to outsmart us all, steal a lot of guarded things and sail away, as if jungles have not taught us to be at least alert. We deserve it in full. Not that it makes the situation any better."
"Let's not dwell on it." Shae obviously was not dwelling on unchangeable mishaps (the most admirable quality, Maxine wished she possessed herself) and artificer gladly changed the subject: "Wait, "her"? You are not talking about Kam anymore, right? Ok, questions are good, let's do questions - who is "her"? And where did that feather came from?"
(No need to repeat all posts, of course, but I suspect half of them were in private and not sure what Shae wants Maxine to know)
Would be only fitting if Maxine tested her magically fixed flying potion to compare with previous. So, she would gladly fly up to check thous flecks on the horizon.
From her position, 300 feet up in the air, Maxine has a clear view of miles of the coastline, and she can see a flock of birds circling and diving around something swimming in the water, about three miles or so off the coast. Although interesting, she is far happier about another sight, just off the right hand coastline. There, about eight miles across the bay, she spotted the striped sail of their boat, but swimming in the water, drifting.
Landing five minutes later, she very excitedly tells the rest of the group, that their boat might yet be recovered, at the other end of the bay!

Maxine never made a raft in her life, but what can be so complicated about few pieces of wood bound together by a rope? It's not like they needed to cross the ocean on the construction.
Fang starts to assemble various pieces and has commenced binding them with twine. Maxine notices a couple of problems with the construction however, and after a while starts taking over, directing the others on how to secure the various logs and branches properly, as well as using palm fronds and other leaves to ensure that most gaps were filled, so that they'd keep most of their equipment dry.
After two hours, you've finished the raft. It looks sturdy, and while Maxine was overseeing construction of the raft, Fang carved some paddles to move the raft forward.
The raft is large enough for all of you to get on, but you won't be able to take everyone plus their equipment. Fang has managed to fashion five paddles in the two hours, four to row and one to stear with. Who goes on the raft, and who takes what role?

The Professor is small enough and light enough to not be too much of an obstacle on the raft. He casts Mage Armor on himself before they cast off, and he will use Shape Water to help propel and steer the craft (unless they made a sail, then he will use Gust to provide even better propulsion).

Fang in his excitement to get a closer look at the sharks doesn’t notice Berrus unease about the water and is the most animated anyone has seen of him “Shall we get going? I would like to be up front watching for the sharks” Looking at the others to see who would join him.
Shae would nod to Maxine’s question. “Correct. She appeared to me in a dream. And I would have dismissed it all for a bad one, should I not have awoken with the feather in my hand.” She’d speak openly. “I was so distraught, overwhelmed with emotions and questions, I allowed fear to creep in from the unknown. But the insight, trust and comfort you’ve all given me since, has calmed my anxiety.” Shae started to believe she had misinterpreted and was guilty of misunderstanding. She think she may have made peace in it. For now. “She, is the Raven Queen.” The medic would start with the basic questions prior to her friends take off.
As Maxine took flight, Shae would smile as she’d watch her friend free in flight. She hoped it helped bring a smile to Maxine’s face despite all the series of unfortunate events that have been occurring. But, there was hope when she returned with news of the ship. Shae couldn’t help but trot up to Maxine and give her a quick hug in joy.
She too would do her best to assist, preparing what she could for the raft. Shae would hover and observe Fang beginning to assemble pieces, but when Maxine would jump in and take over, she’d chuckle. The collaboration made a smile appear on her face. The others were obviously more focused. She’d be enjoying herself watching everyone come together as always.
Shae would catch Berrus becoming more uneasy the closer the raft came to completion. She’d move closer to him and reach for his hand. “Would you rather remain on land? Guard our equipment and supplies?” Her voice was soft.

“No one in my village has anything from a shark. Besides we need to eat.” Fang says simply as if that’s all the explanation one needs to give.
Glasses:
"Ah, okay then," says the Professor, "I suppose it would instructive to look at the creature's anatomy. Don't get yourself killed."
"I can make a small temporary raft for you and make you invisible until you strike, if you think that would help," he offers as well.
Shape water to make a 5x5 ice raft, Minor Conjuration to make a comfortable covering on top of it. And, of course, invisibility to make him invisible.
