Rycider, chiding herself for not thinking that Doramor would have his rear guarded, casts Sleep (3rd level) on the aberration. Centred on the fishy but making sure not to include her allies in it's 20 ft area of effect.
Gruun roars as goes into a rage yanking the small halfling toward him. Taking his small package he attempts to cover his face while running towards the bay. If he can reach it he thrusts Doramor underwater attempting to pin him there with his long arms.

The nearest slaadi begin to charge, but skid to a halt as Tankir exudes an aura of sheer terror toward them, causing a logjam on the narrow docks.

The spell has no effect on the aquatic creature, other than to aggravate it. It thrashes in the water, then spotting you, begins to swim quickly toward you, only 20 feet away now.

The death slaadi and cyclopes are spread around the docks, between 10-50 feet from Doramor.

Killian will maintain concentration on the crowned cyclops, forcing it to attack the other cyclops (she is still hoping they will both crash out of the fight into the bay, and maybe they can't swim? One can hope).

Doramor quickly finds himself a tight spot when another arrow plods into his armor, but the halfling's rapier moves as if magnetized to Aradurk's sword, deflecting three rapid strikes before twisting again away from Wes's arcane hand, even while held in Gruun's grasp. The bugbear pulls Doramor with him into the water below, but his hands are too occupied to grab the ruby icosahedron, which floats into the water alongside the pair anyway and begins to glow a vibrant red. The death slaadi as one shift into the form of Ser Mary Glendale, taking on a flawless likeness. They shout in unison, "Ser Mary the Bravest" and leap into action, but half find themselves logjammed on one side of the narrow docks as one refuses to move, frightened of Tanakir, whose muscles ripple with an increased strength.
Tanakir and Aradurk are soon pressed on the frontline when two death slaadi fill the path of the dock, swinging massive claws disguised as Ser Mary Glendale's human hands. The pair hold their own, but Aradurk is blasted by a crate from the air, nearly pitching him into the water. A cyclops laughs at the success of his missile, which turns to a confused grunt when his companion, bearing his twisted crown, launches a crate his way - however, the throw is made so off balance that the crown-wearing cyclops tumbles off of the docks, splashing heavily into the sea.
A hideous roar of slaadi voices echoes across the pier as a dozen of the foul creatures emerge from buildings, side streets, and alleyways to charge the docks. Before they can make it there, however, a familiar greataxe buries itself into a slaad's chest. Another locks in place, seizing in obvious pain. Both Roccar and Ritska have arrived, revealed from their invisibility. "You didn't think I would miss this fight, did you?" Roccar shouts as he pulls the axe back for another swing. Ritska yells to you, "Maintain your focus. We'll keep them occupied!" before once again turning invisible.

With the cyclops still under control, but in the bay, Killian grits her teeth in frustration. Still, with Doramor out of sight, she maintains command and makes the cyclops attack the other cyclops again. Maybe it can climb up and throw a crate in one turn?

If Doramor is visible at all, Tanakir will use his Maddening Hex to deal 3 psychic damage to him as well as any enemies that happen to be within 5 ft of the halfling.
He then turns towards the Slaad in front of him, swinging a green-flame stick.
Attack: 24 Damage: 9
If there's another enemy within 5 ft, it takes 10 fire damage on a successful hit.
OOC: Need to clarify Gruun's actions before resolving. He is currently grappling Doramor, so if he wants to grab the Hivemind, he will have to release Doramor first. If he grabs the Hivemind, he will not be able to make any attacks with his greataxe, which is two-handed. If he does not grab the Hivemind, he can attack with his greataxe, but it will be at disadvantage underwater.
