(In hindsight, an Intelligence check would have been the same thing, since you don't have Performance proficiency - I should have checked your character sheet first. So the result is 10 which I'm afraid is not sufficient to satisfy Calcryx).

After a minute or so Calcryx seems to tire of waiting, and he speaks to Rhayna in common: Shew us thy rendering that we may see how thou represent our majesty.

Rhayna reveals her drawing to Calcryx who looks at it appraisingly ... and seems unimpressed. He looks at her with a wicked grin and growls: Perhaps thou shalt satisfy our hunger better than our vanity! At this Calcryx rears up, opens its mouth, and breathes a spray of freezing hail at Rhayna.

(Kastix is behind the door with Meepo, and Royan is off to the side, so neither are in the cone).

Kastix will send out of a message to Kaylyn, "WE NEED YOU HERE NOW!" 

When the breath is done, Kastix will peek his head into the room and in draconic, "I apologize for this one's inability to capture your majestic image. May I remove their disgraceful corpse from your domain?"

The blast of cold from Calcryx freezes Rhayna where she stands. Immobile, and still clutching her drawing of Calcryx in her hands. Her eyes obscured behind her frosted-over glasses. Her hair and clothing still motionlessly billowing out behind her, as if she herself was a lifelike but completely static drawing.

Calcryx then turns aside to see who else remains in the room - who he can add to his new collection of frozen trophies...

Not sure how this is gonna play out (hadn't really planned for this to be honest) so might as well have everyone roll for initiative, even if you don't plan on fighting, and state your actions.
Rhayna is alive but unconscious on 0 HP. Royan, Meepo and Kastix all have an opportunity to act before Calcryx does anything further.  Ireniana, Kaylyn and Erky probably heard the dragon attack, so they can act in response if they wish. Whatever the initiative turns out to be, I'll take it as Calcryx having just acted, and go from there

"I'm Kaylyn, a pleasure to meet you.  Seems a lot of people are prisoners down here."  She says as she suddenly hears the attack and the call for help.

She quickly gets to her feet and dashes towards the last place she knew the others to be while yelling "Hurry the others are in trouble!"

She readies her magic to blast whatever is attacking the others.

Attack: 15 Damage: 2

 Kaylyn believes the others are in the hallway north of where they killed all of the goblins with the door on the west side and the room with the fire pit to the north.

Ireniana Initiative - 12

Ireniana follows Kaylyn down the hall and sees the wyrmling. She will ready her attack just like Kaylyn. 

Royan initiative: 17

The dragon turns on Rhayna and breathes, freezing her in place. "Beast!!" Royan yells as the blood rage races to the surface. Rhayna drawing was not to the creatures liking. Death was not a suitable response. As the fury boils over, Royan charges the dragon and slashes at him with his longsword.

Erky hesitated just for a second, but run immediately composed himself and run after Kaylyn.

Round 1 vs Calcryx (edit complete)

 As Calcryx turns from Rhayna to survey the room for more prey, Royan charges the young dragon, bellowing in his fury, and slashes the beast across its wing, biting into bone. The dragon roars in fury and bites back at Royan, its jaws clamping down on his shield.

Kaylyn hears the call for help in her mind, and passing the alert on to the Ireniana and Erky, they sprint back up the archery range through the north door. Looking down the hall they can just glimpse Royan dueling with the small white dragon, and Kastix trying unsuccessfully to appease the furious beast. Rhayna, out of their view and encased in ice, is slowly freezing to death.

Calcryx is lightly wounded and in melee with Royan. Kaylyn, Ireniana and Erky had to sprint to make it into the hallway, so Kaylyn's Eldritch Blast will apply in the second round. Erky, Royan, Ireniana and Kastix can declare their actions for the 2nd round. (Kastix: The DC will remain at 25 if you wish to continue Persuasion). Meepo can declare actions for both rounds (and I'll update the narrative accordingly). Rhayna can make her 2nd death save.

"LOOK TO RHAYNA." Royan calls to the others as he steps back from the dragons attack. The shield took the brunt of it, but the power of even such a young dragon was enough to catch him unaware. He needed to move quickly if he were to keep the beast's attention.

As Kastix see Kaylyn  appoarch he'll yell at her "Heal Rhayana! I'll try to distract the dragon and do try not get frozen," Kastix peeks into the room from outside the door and shoot a firebolt at the white baby dragon before trying to duck back out of sight.

Breathless Erky - short legs and complete lack of exercise did not help to shorten the distance - managed a loud call: "Wait, my Lady, let Oghma shield you from harm. It will cover you from eyes of the attackers, whoever they are."

Sanctuary on Kaylyn

As Kaylyn came around the corner and saw the dragon attacking her companions her every intention was to blast the creature with her magic.  And she does so, sending a shot of energy at the small dragon.

But the others started yelling that Rhayana was in trouble.  She moves to a position in which she can see Rhayana and seeing her on the ground, unconscious, she rechannels the energy within her and sends a beam of healing light towards Rhayana and heals her for 6.

Kastix will shout at Rhayana "get out of the room!" 

Round 2 ... pending

 As Royan is locked in combat with the dragon, Meepo tugs on his cape, begging him not to hurt Calcryx. Royan swings again, his sword finding purchase behind the dragon's scales on its neck. Running down the hallway, Ireniana charges into the fray, both shortswords piercing the soft tissue under the dragon's flanks, causing it to collapse back on its haunches with a scream of agony. From behind the door Kastix hurls a ball of fire, while Kaylyn, protected by a faint nimbus of light, crosses the threshold. With one hand she points at Rhayna, drawing on celestial energy to bring her back from the brink of death, and with the other hand she shoots a bolt of light at the dragon, which finally groans and collapses at the feet of Royan and Ireniana.

Erky murmured few quiet words, Bless-ing Kaylyn, Royan and Ireniana.
