The first arrow hits, but Grenk's ability really only works against creatures, and this crystal ship is not a creature, but rather some sort of construct....like a wagon, but made out of transparent rock. Either way, another crack appears in the crystal surface.
Badger?

Badger again slips into the shaft and holds up his crystal ball. Looking through it he tries to spy the starfish creature inside the crystal, and focuses on the image of a brown toad with yellow spots...
Polymorph on the starfish dude to turn it into a toad. WIS save 17, but use Portent roll of 14.
Assuming this works, Badger will duck back into the corridor and call to the others to cease firing at the crystal vehicle and shoot the cube dudes instead. Badger wants that ride.
So much happening, both in the shaft and in Badger's head. He wants to protect his companions, but at the same time he wants to avoid injury to himself, but at the same time he is burning with curiosity about that magnificent crystal vehicle. What to do? He remembers the spell scroll of Time Stop in his case, but decides against it... there's just not enough time!
With a pop and a puff of smoke Badger disappears from the ledge and materialises inside the crystal decahedron. The starfish creature looks so much bigger from up close, and Badger stammers as he prepares to cast another spell, and instead tries to avoid the giant starfish...
Only one flying cube left, it seems to descend and continue firing regardless of it's allies being blown up and then picked off one by one.
Now only 80 feet up, it fires at Grenk.
Attack: 22 Damage: 6
Through the large icy hand grasping the crystal, you all see Badger appear INSIDE the floating crystal with the starfish. The starfish thing bends it's weird neck to look back, surprised to see a gnome sitting behind him.
Silas, Mal, Sickle, your turns. One cube 80 feet up, and the grappled crystal thing with a starfish inside it, and now Badger inside it too.

Badger, now inside the crystal ship with the robot starfish thing hears two loud thuds issue against the outside of the flying crystal ship that he's flying in. Mal's shots both doing damage to the thing. Each loud thud against the outside of the crystal decahedron leaves a large crack. He sees several more cracks spiderwebbing across the outside of the ship. Looking down, beneath the ship he sees only the shaft below that ends in some sort of cosmic storm...and the gear that is spinning as the strange hanging chains continue to move. He can't be sure, but the starfish creature may be looking at him with a "that was a dumb move" sorta look in his eyes, but it could just as easily be a "at least someone is coming with me" look.
Silas (if you made your save, otherwise your unconscious) and Sickle's turns.

Badger starts frantically waving at his 'friends' on the ledge below in an attempt to prevent them from shooting at the ship in which he is standing, while still trying to keep away from the starfish dude.

"I am at my limit for these shenanigans," Silas complains as he takes him and fires another Guiding Bolt at the remaing cube, "Badger! Get off that thing!"

Before disappearing back down the hallway, Mal looks up at Badger waving frantically from within the crystal ship. She then shrugs and winks up at him before disappearing from sight.

Silas feels a little shaky on his feet, but manages to stay conscious, and then sends a spell up, blasting the last cube that disintegrates as its destroyed.
The 10 sided crystal thing is solid transparent crystal on the outside. On the inside it's hollow, with the starfish creature, and now Badger on the inside. Badger can't simply jump off, or hop out, he had to teleport to get inside with the starfish creature. Both Badger and the Starfish creature have full cover inside the crystal. The big ten sided crystal is floating magically, like a ship. The starfish creature looks back at Badger, 6 , then attacks Badger, swinging all of its starfishy arms at him, inside the crystal. Attack: 14 Damage: 8 Attack: 20 Damage: 7 Attack: 20 Damage: 8 Attack: 24 Damage: 6 Attack: 12 Damage: 7
It seems to spiral around on the inside of the ship, attempting to batter Badger. The ship moves up 30 feet away from the group. The ship hangs there in the air held firm by a giant floating magical icy hand.
Badger, your turn. Then Grenk is on deck. (you can post your action Grenk if you know what you want to do, regardless of Badger's action...but it will resolve after Badger does his thing)
AAAACK: Disadvantage on those attacks above, here's the 2nd attack for each one above:
(Also, I think Sickle was supposed to go, so posting turn here...)
Sickle brings his hand back toward them, bringing the ship down toward the group as far as he can. (Bonus Action) He then will cast Frostbite (Action) on the starfish creature. (CON Save DC 16 or 2 Cold damage and disadvantage on next weapon attack.)
He will then yell, "I can probably break you out of there if you want!"
Sickle can't cast a spell on the starfish creature, it has full cover from any outside spells, being completely inside this ten sized crystal ship.
The hand drags this ship towards the group. (Sickle, you can move it 30 feet, which positions it anywhere in the immediate area for you guys. Please specify wether you want it on one of the two balconys, above it, or hanging in the air between the balconys but within melee range...or what.)

If no other attacks are forthcoming, Badger will ignore the toad for a moment (still concentrating on the spell though) and inspect the ball for any controls.

Badger is Dodging, so does the starfish get disadvantage on those attacks?
Badger's next action will be to cast Polymorph on the starfish, attempting to turn it into a toad.
Unless Sickle does something first that prevents that. But pulling it over the balcony sounds wise.

(Gotcha on the spell. We’ll just say that it fails then. I’ll pull it within melee range of the balcony the rest of us are standing on.)
The crystal ship gets pulled down over the balcony by the giant ice hand. Inside, Badger casts a spell at the starfish:
