Two more arrows slam into the crystal flying ship holding the starfish dude. Two more cracks appear on its surface, though Grenk feels his arrows are having a reduced effect on its hard crystal surface.

Badger moves 30' back down the corridor to Sickle and accepts the healing. His gratitude makes room for pity and he reassures Sickle: Powerful magic can be difficult to control. You're doing a fine job of it for the most part. Let's go. He will then Dash to move another 15' down the hall, stopping 15' from the shaft.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Silas looks at the wings descend but determining they're out of range for him, he'll take his end of the rope, find a anchor point and just focus on getting to the other side platform. He'll cast healing word for a top up on himself before attempting to start the climb across.
Kirin - Level 15 High Elf Wizard (Evocation) - Zorg's Lost Souls - Overchannel Steel Wind Strike for the Win against Demogorgon Silas - Level 11 Human Cleric (War Domain) - Tomb of Annihilation Done
Silas heals himself and then clambers over the gap using his rope, lifting himself over the edge and up onto the upper balcony. (he's now 15 feet closer to the enemies descending the shaft).
From here, he can see a small crawlway. It's appears 3 feet high and 3 feet wide and seems to run for 20 feet before opening into another room.
Mal fires an arrow up, striking the injured flying cube....the arrow rips through it and it disintegrates.

The ice knife shatters across the crystal ship carrying the starfish guy, sending ice crystals splatter across the crystal and leaving another crack in it.
The Starfish in the crystal descends another 50 feet, now only 15 feet above Silas, and 30 feet above the others. The cubes are still at 140 feet.
Badger pokes his head out again, seeing the crystal vehicle floating nearby and the cubes far beyond. Wanting the danger to be gone and also craving a little warmth to allay the residual effects of the ice blast, Badger prepares to cast a fireball at the crystal vehicle. Then at the last moment he ponders whether it would be possible to hijack the thing, and in a snap decision he aims his fireball at the cube creatures.
Fireball at 5th level, aimed at the center of the group of cube-creatures, doing 41 fire damage, or DC 17 DEX save for half.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Grenk flinched for a moment as the fireball exploded. He wasn't expecting that but smiled as it was a solid idea. That soon turned to a frown knowing all he could do at the moment t was ineffectually shoot arrows. He continued to do so.
The sudden eruption of fire up the column surprises everyone, as the spell erupts at its furthest possible distance, filling the space with fire. When the flame clears, only 3 of the cube creatures remain, the others having been incinerated into nothing.
Silas checks his surrounds if there's a way out before turning towards one of the remaining cubes and letting off a Guiding Bolt.
Attack: 18 Damage: 14

Kirin - Level 15 High Elf Wizard (Evocation) - Zorg's Lost Souls - Overchannel Steel Wind Strike for the Win against Demogorgon Silas - Level 11 Human Cleric (War Domain) - Tomb of Annihilation Done
Sickle feels incredibly disjointed, desperately trying to think of a spell that will take care of these creatures, fighting the urge to use the ring again, until at last, the urge overtakes him, and he casts Arcane Hand from the ring and sends the icy hand to grapple the crystal-encased starfish. (Grasping Hand, STR Check: 28)
Mals crossbow rips through another one, and it disintegrates. A huge icy hand appears in mid air, and grasps the crystal ship, halting its progress, as it struggles to move against its icy grasp.
The starfish seems to manipulate something inside the crystal ship and a small hole appears in one panel that’s facing down towards Silas. The starfish then puts its mouth against the hole and a spray of poisonous mist comes shooting out surrounding Silas. It then quickly pushes something and the hole vanishes.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Grenk is not enjoying this. He dislikes creatures that shrug off his attacks. He takes two more shots with poisoned arrows at the star fish and as the arrows sail he will hit the creature with a curse of exposure.
Attack: 18 Damage: 9 + 5 poison
Attack: 15 Damage: 7 + 4 poison
Will move as close as he can if he can get within 30 feet. If not he will stay put.
If he can get within 30 feet and one of the arrows hits, will use curse of exposure.
When a creature you can see within 30 feet is hit by an attack or spell, you can use your reaction to temporarily weaken their resilience against it. Until the end of the turn, the target loses resistance to the damage types of the triggering attack or spell.
If the ship is restrained we get advantage on attacks. Here are those two rolls 14, 26
