@ the party, Gundrun: (to the party) "Don't worry we wont leave without you adventurers. You're here to guarentee our safety. Do what you need to do. We'll maintain the camp. Besides its good to give the oxen a rest. Even if they been resting while Greg was waiting for me. I rather not tire them out before we get to our destination. I'll plot our next stop while you adventurers deal with the banshee." Gundren finishes cooking his meal and starts serving some for himself, and some for Greg. And if any of the party have hungry eyes Gundren will serve them some break fast too.

Stannic prepares his gear early in the morning and thanks Gundren for waiting while they attempt to retrieve the book. Looking longingly at breakfast, he grabs a quick bite to eat on the road. “Let’s be off, then.”When the others are ready, he leads them to the western exit of town, looking for any sign of the banshee’s lair, or for any other threats or dangers. Perception: 19.
@ Stannic, After the morning meal, You lead the party into the town, and then past the town towards the Banshee's Lair. You keep your eyes open for any potential dangers. You continue to see more twisted trees, cold heavy vines stretching out, and moss covering everything else. Still no signs of any other animals. What little plant life beyond the obvious is look small and dying. You eventually come up to a dome like shelter made out of branches from the twisted trees, bound together with severed vines. This must be the banshee's lair.
@ the party, (OOC: presumably everyone is following Stannic, with Gundren, Greg, and Sister Garaele waiting at the camp site?)

Stannic pauses outside the makeshift hut, leaning against his new, finely carved staff. “Well, this must be the place. What should we do now?” He looks at his companions “sneak in and look for the book, knock on the door, barge right in? Any ideas how to deal with a banshee?”
“Be my guest. After you then.”Stannic waves Casmir forward, then positions himself to support him gripping his quarterstaff tightly.. “Remember to mention the comb. We don’t want a fight.”
Casmir carefully approaches the entrance of the shelter, saying in a loud voice: "Lady Agatha, I come in peace, may I come in? I just wish to talk and I mean no disrespect"
(OOC: Persuasion 22)
After a pause, he enters the hut, hands at his side. If nothing hapens, he takes a good look around (OOC: Perception 14) and waits.
@ Casmir, You slowly and carefully enter the hut after asking and announcing your entrance. So far no appearance of anything, banshee or otherwise. You see a home of sorts is sheltered within the dome of woven branches. It is sparsely furnished with chests, shelves, a table, and a reclined couch, all of it old and of elven craft. You are about to sign this off as Sister Garaele is mistaken or something and then, the air grows cold, and a powerful feeling of dread grips you. A cold, pale light flickers in the air, rapidly taking on the form of a female elf, her hair and robes waving in a spectral wind. She might have been beautiful once, but a hateful expression twists her features now. Agatha the Banshee: (to Casmir) "How can I help the charming young Tiefling?"
@ Stannic and Gimble, The two of you follow behind Casmir, and can see what he sees, some of it being obscured by Casmir. You can hear what Casmir hears as well. As you are behind Casmir, Agatha hasn't noticed you yet.

@ Stannic, You see no dangers other than the Banshee, who for now is peaceful.
@ Casmir, The ghostly figure smiles with cold amusement as she takes the Silver Comb from Casmir. Agatha the Banshee: (to Casmir) “Very well. I know that you seek many things. Ask me one question, and I will give you an answer.”

Casmir thinks about the many questions that he would like answered, but reminds himself that he promised Sister Garaelle to ask about the book.
"It's true we seek many things, and not only for ourselves, my lady. What we would ask of you is a book that once belonged to one Bowgentle, do you know of it?"
@ Casmir, Agatha the Banshee: (to Casmir) "I once possessed such a book. I traded it away to a necromancer by the name of Tsernoth. He claimed to be from the city of Iriaebor."

@ Stannic, You are not an expert in history, but you do know that city has not existed for a very long time. As for the necromancer, you've never heard of him. By your estimation the book is long gone. Assuming the book wasn't destroyed...

“I’d say just announce ourselves. Saying we bring something in trade for something we heard she may have.” Gimble days with a slight shoulder shrug.
