Again she is not trying to persuade him, just stating facts. If you need a check I will give one, but she is more stating a fact someone else could use as their own persuasion check. She is giving the 'help' action not making the action on her own. Might negate her ability to ready an action, as help action takes your action, but she would not be the one to try to intimidate or persuade, that is not her strong suit by any means. I try not to have my characters do things they would not do IC, since it makes no sense for her to try to persuade or intimidate here, due to knowing she is simply no good at those things. Stating a fact, someone else can use for those types of checks is definitely IC for her, and should be used by someone else to persuade or intimidate as they wish.

(OOC: Apologies, it seems I seriously messed up the dice rolling here. I first rolled 1d20+5 with advantage for persuasion, thinking D&D Beyond's engine would show both rolls. It showed only one roll, which was 16. Because I don't know if Casmir will have advantage or not, displaying only the best roll didn't seem fair. So I edited the message to roll twice, and then be able to say pick the first if there's no advantage. But D&D Beyond flagged my post for a possible dice roll manipulation, and I actually rolled higher than 16 in both new rolls: a 17 and a 22. Now I am at a loss for what to do. Reroll maybe?. For what is worth, the deleted message said:

(Depends if he looks like he‘s bolting for the exit or the other bandits. Gerrack won‘t attack him unless he hears noise like the guy is trying to raise an alarm. However, if he does hear any kind of noise, that guy is still well within range of both melee and ranged even if he dashes, so let me know. The following post is the assumption that the guy is taking Misty‘s advice and retreating. Anything else would involve attack rolls ;-) )
Gerrack moves forward just enough to watch the bandit making his retreat, still a little wild-eyed and wary. He waits until the bandit is out of sight before opening his beak and panting silently, still on edge. „Has a-anyone checked to see that G-G-Gimble isn‘t dying?“ he asks, particularly of Gniff. He holds his healer‘s kit at the ready if that‘s not the case.
(If Gimble needs to be stabilized because no one can heal or cast spare the dying him, Gerrack will use his Healer‘s Kit to do so. If not, Gerrack will begin rooting through the coffins of the skeletons for clues, treasure, the usual.)
Once the bandit is out of the room, Casmir kneels down close to Gimble and lays his hands on him - "Mighty Tyr, we are instruments of your justice, heal us in this hour of need"

Misty would have not allowed the bandit to go back the way they had come from. That is towards the other bandits, not away from them.
"Not that way." She tells him with a shake of her head. "Either head away, the other direction, and out of this complex, or die here and now..."
