"Our path in was through a secret tunnel in the woods." Misty says, "and back through the entire complex. Do you have any idea how you were brought in, and of any other exits?"
“I think we were planning on heading back the way we came, in which case we could take ya to the exit and provide safety,” Gimble responds.
“But, Mirna, if you know where that direction leads (Gimble points towards the direction yet to be explored) and what we can expect, we can make a better decision on how to get you out of here quickly and safely.”
Gerrack relaxes visibly as he determines that the women aren't horrors in disguise. "Y-y-es... this isn't a g-good place to stay," he says to them. "I know it's hard to t-t-trust, be we are not your enemies. The Red Brand b-b-bandits were hunting some of our p-party too, but we managed to get here before they could get to us. And now, we need to put this threat to an end before they hurt any more people. W-was there a-anything you s-saw while you w-were here t-that might h-help up d-defeat these b-bandits, or f-figure out what t-they're up to?" he asks them.
(Haunted one background: Gerrack should have a leg up on getting these ladies to listen to him when they look into his eyes and see he's been through the same or worse as they)
Mirna turns towards Misty, Mirna: (to the party) "I'm sorry we don't. The bandits had us blind folded when they kidnapped us all. so we don't know the layout of this place. We did over hear that their leader knows magic. be careful of that brave heroes."
Mirna turns towards Gimble, Mirna: (to the party) "I'm sorry thats all we know."

@ Gerrack, (OOC: i'll give you advantage on persuasion and intimidation checks, but the feature is meant when you need help, not getting extra help from someone you rescued. these three commoners are afraid for their lives and aren't in a condition to help you fight.)
Casmir just listens to the conversation, trying to look as reassuring as a lavender-skinned horned warrior with a bloody hammer can possibly look.
@ Casmir, despite your appearance, the three females do not give you any extra or negative looks. perhaps its having the symbol of tyr, or perhaps you just rescued them. You can't say for sure.
"We have a problem." Misty says to the group. "We only know the one path out of here, and that is back through the entire complex." She nods to the 3 women they just released from the cell. "We don't dare risk them with coming with us to finish clearing this place out, but I don't know how dangerous it is to get back to the tunnel we came in by." She considers it a bit. "We have two choices it seems, continue moving the way we have, in hopes we find another exit, or return back our path in and get these women to the exit we used to get in." She looks to the others. "Thoughts?"
“Well I could try and trap a door or something, maybe we can alarm it, to let us know if someone is behind us. That would allow them to come with us at a distance.” Gimble hesitates.
”Unless you can reanimate these bones to our defense this time.”
"W-we should g-get the w-women out s-s-safely first, at l-least to the f-forest. M-maybe Gniff's f-friend can l-lead them b-back to s-safety from t-there. T-they d-deserve their f-freedom, t-though," Gerrack says.
“No one disagrees with ya there buddy, the discussion is about HOW we’re gona do that. Take them back the way we came, where this magic using boss is, or forward into the unknown. If it comes to a vote, I’d say, protect our rear with traps and alarms, and we move forward with them a decent safe space behind us. I fear if we move backwards now, we’ll find that boss waiting for us...and they are in no way able to protect themselves if it comes to that,” Gimble says with a smirk. He finds Gerrack amusing, in a good way.
"I-If we wanted to let the w-women out and a-allow Q-Quinn to guide them, w-we would n-necessarily have to b-b-backtrack, w-wouldn't we?" Gerrack asks, confused about the entrances and exits to this place. He's still pretty sure the deer is waiting outside near the forest tunnel, though.
"The only sure exit we know of is behind us." Misty says with a shake of her head. "I think we have to go back that direction. There is no telling if we would even find one continuing onward." She glances around the group. "I can be talked around if you others believe going forward is a better option. There has to be more than one exit, we just don't know if it is even the way we are headed."
“That’s fine. I just hope we don’t meet the boss between here and the exit. We didn’t exactly leave the place as we found it. And remember we learned he was expecting answers from a goblin. We should at least arm them just in case”
Gerrack passes around a few shortbows to the women, if they want them, along with some arrows. "T-they are s-s-simple to u-use, and m-might help you d-d-defend yourselves," he tells them.
"I think we have a duty to see them to safety", Casmir says to the group. Turning to the freed prisoners, he cautions them "I will do my best to protect you, but it might get violent. If there's a fight, try to stay out of harm's way". With that, he starts moving towards the corridor they just came from. "I can take point on the way to the tunnel"
"We all agree on that, we are just trying to figure out the best way to do that." With no other suggestions, Misty would nod back the way they came. "Who wants to scout the path back to the tunnel we used to enter here.

Branch gives a flick of the tongue in his giant lizard form and looks towards everyone expectently
Bardic Inspiration is just someone believing in you, and I believe in you
(Pretty sure we are marching back towards the hidden entrance in the forest to free the women, rather than moving forward)
This is Misty's plan and no one else has come up with a better one, so I agree.
