Holding Lucky on one hand, Daffafle looks at him as she speaks. “Lady Raven Queen, we’re here to prevent those who would defile the finality of death from achieving their goal. Please lend me your power to counteract the dark magic of necromancy.”
"Huh ..." Khazan scratches his beard, drinks from the metal cup in one go and gets up from the stool. "I guess I'll pay a visit to this council member then. Where can I find her?" He then puts seven gold coins in Osor's hand "Six fer the axe, one fer yer help. It better be a good axe."
With his proficiency with History, Bart's second time hearing her name reminds him of how human counties are run. Under the crown in Peny, the capital towns of the human counties have elected leaders who then govern the councils to smaller towns and villages. Lady Mylene must be one of the council members.
You do now recall reading the scandal one of the many nights in the library, of a council members daughter being charged with a crime, but necromancy wasn't named as the barhand spoke...

Daffaflestands a moment in silence. Alysais lost in her own prayer, Lucky simply stares back with his head cocked briefly before flying off to a nearby tree... As slightly disturbing as it is, you can easily remember the feeling of the Raven Queen's presence from your previous dreams, and you certainly doesn't feel it now.

Osorbreak his drink is two mouthfuls, he slaps his lips together savouring the last bit as it signs going back to work, "Uh, just follow the signposts, it's a beauuutiful farm of fruit trees. Firm steps, lad!" He waves off Khazan before flipping the extra coin and slapping it into his pocket.
As it reaches the last couple of hours of the morning, Khazanapproaches the western entrance to Melyne's Orchards, he notices a familiar half-elf and dragonborn...
Bartand Wulcrathapproach the same entrance as the dwarf. A handaxe catching the sunlight more than than the other.
You gather twenty feet on the dusty road just outside the farms. Two guards can be seen at the gates, leaning on their spears as they chat casually...
“I’m thinking we see what we can do to help... somehow, I doubt this is all as straight forward as it seems. Let’s go see if she’ll let us help.” Bart says softly. “Oh Khazan! I see we followed similar threads.”
“Hm. Maybe go easy on her, Khaz. It’s hard enough that her daughter was caught up in this. Might be better if we appeal to her, rather than walk in with threats.”
((Apologies. I am working on a pretty intense assignment for work, (only getting about 5hrs sleep/night cause of it) and haven't been able to jump on. I am going to have 2 more days of this before I can get back into things.))
"Came the ask Lady Mylene a few questions. Heard she's the mother of the local necromancerreplies to Wulcrath , turning around he confronts Bart "Are ye sayin' I lack tact!? I'll show ye, I'll be the sweetest, softest, kindest dwarf yet ever gonna see in yer short life!"
The guards laugh at a joke before suddenly standing to attention (like they always have been!) when a civilian approaches, "Blessed day, citizen. Welcome to Melyne's Orchards... she's expecting you?"
The fence beyond shows rows and rows of apples trees, on several a farmhand climbs a ladder picking apples throwing them to another farm hand who places them into a basket, some singing songs in autumn day.

And so Daffaflewaits, Aazelnearby. As they wait, they begins to notice the sunlight brighten, but not to a blinding brightness, a brightness that enriches the colour and allows her to see everything a stunning sharpness, if only for a moment. Energies of a warm sunlight flow through Alysa and coat the land and all the graves... except one.
Daffaflewalks up to the grave, Luckyswoops and lands on her shoulder again. The colour of grass around this grave is vibrant making the soil look an off grey-brown...
Bart waves at the guards. “I’m not sure she is, actually, but I think she may need our assistance. Could you advise her we’re here to speak to her or a representative on a private matter?”

Bart strokes his chin. “How social are you feeling Wulcrath? Feel up to visiting the local powers that be?”

"Heh... That sounds interesting..."
Wulcrath ponders a bit, bringing a hand to his chin, before speaking again.
"Yeah I'll go with you, what exactly did you have in mind?"
He shifts a bit in his armor as he adjusts his bag.
