Khazan follows Bart and Lady Melyne, stoically bearing with the half elf mocking and trying to subtly pinch him in the leg whenever the lady turns around.
Valyssstops and eyes the dragonborn, "Nothing. Simply put, he was missing. Now, did you find him or not? Now hurry, we have to catch up with the others..."

Lady Melyne walks them to the ground floor, a door guarded by two soldiers. They step aside and salute letting you all in. The room is in immaculate condition, with a desk, bookcase and double-bed all made with the fine wood seen in the dining table. At the foot of the bed holds a wonderful thick rug.
Bart, you feel sudden, but not large, dip in temperature in this room.
Melynespeaks, shaking but managing to recount, "I came back to the house as I forgot a few documents for a hearing in Peny. I went to say goodbye to my daughter Claudia, and I saw her, there, just at the foot of her bed. I saw the black candles flickering with blue flames, unnaturally deep chanting. A skull.... at the end of her bed. It's eyes aglow with the same blue as the flames."
She takes a deep breath, "Calling Pelor's name I stopped her only be knocked off my feet! My guards came to aid, but they too were struck. One of them..."Alita Melyne takes another moment, "my guard was knocked off her feet also. I went to help her, but her skin began to shrink... wither... I locked the door and called for the priest of Pelor, who was Brother Sylgolor at the time."
Melynewalks about the room, "And the door remained locked. When Brother Sylgolor arrived, she was gone. Everything. It was like she was never there. And so, I proceeded to report her to the guard."
"I did try to keep the even... close, but how can someone keep these horrors to themselves?" She raises her hand to her mouth, turns away from everyone and is left looking out the window, breathing heavy.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Aazel walks quietly between the graves. The lives of these people lie hidden behind the gravestones. Stories and lesson known only by those who loved them best. Daffafle and Alysa talk about the young man who lay in this grave. As they start to talk about checking the body, Aazel steps forward and takes the shovel from the priestess. "My lady, a servant of Pelor should not have to do this. Allow me."
"What? Of course, she does. But they were away, on break from schooling. No, magical studied did not interest her when she was younger, so we decided not to pursue."Melynelook about the room before starting, "I cannot stay here. I will grant you freedom to look for clues - I will be back in the evening, you can report to me then."
With that, she leaves the room and gives the guards a brief instruction to let you freely find clues.

“Khazan... doesn’t it seem odd for someone to jump right into necromancy? It’s out of character to have no interest in magic followed by jumping right into the deep end. It’s just a feeling, but don’t drop your guard around Lady Mylene. She may be lying to us in one way or another. And that leaves the potential for her to be dangerous. We should look for the guard who was hurt later.”
Given space my Melyneeases the tension in the room a little. Bartpaces continuously, scanning the room for any sort of gaps where doors can be concealed. Just the rug meets the the sturdy bed-frame leg, Bartnotices ice creeping up the wooden leg, seemingly coming from the wooden panels.

“Perhaps it is best to be sure,” Daffafle nods to the priestess.
"Where's this Brother Sylgolor now?"
Alysa's usually gentle face flattens to one of concern, "Very well. Pelor, forgive me..."
Alysa quickly retrieves two shovels. Lucky flaps onto a branch nearby watching the halfling and the elf begin digging....
Daffafle rolls an Athletics check for me please

For a moment, Melyne doesn't answer before fumbling out, "Uh, yes. He went to keep to another town, I believe... Can't really say which one..."

Bart starts a slow pacing around the room looking for a hidden exit.
“Did Claudia have friends or was she part of any groups? Demonstrate any talent for magic?”
As he speaks, he makes sure to watch Claudia at all times.

"Maybe she met someone that introduced her into it, maybe she was interested in magic but couldn't go because of her mother .."
responds the dwarf while kneeling down and looking under the bed for clues
" ..but yer right, I feel she hidin' something from us."

“Do you remember who arranged this burial?” Aazel asked Alysa. “They May have noticed something unusual at the time.”
Daffafle takes a closer look, small knock, finds that its hollow beyond the coffin...
Alysa shakes her head, "Like I said to our halfling friend, as long as I have been called to this temple, I have not seen that grave tended to..."

Khazan finds a few dust balls under the bed, but not much more - someone's been skimping on the cleaning!
Pulling out one of her shortswords, Daffafle begins trying to break through the coffin.
