"Whatever you say, my dudettes." He says with a shrug. "I'm like, just glad that you reminded me. Almost started to catch something. Man... wait... can you catch feeligns? Whoa... No... Maybe... I dunno -- I'm ready to go." Drift says in the end, seeming as carefree as always.

After Vastra and Alys's analysis, Yvan thanks them both and takes the sword in his hands and gives it a few test strikes (away from everyone else obviously), completely oblivious to the whole egg ordeal going on behind him. "Different from an axe..." He mutters to himself. "Feels lighter... Just need to practice with it... Maybe after we're out of here, or maybe..." The goliath gives a glance over to the others when they started talking of moving on. The barbarian shakes his head of a thought and sets the sword at his back for now. It would simply have to wait til they're back home.

"Let's go then."

You exit the room and backtrack to the entry room and choose to head up the other staircase. It winds up through the tower and leads you to a hall with set of imposing double doors at the end. They open to reveal a circular throne room, with an open roof that lets in the elements. Standing near the throne is a Djinni male in dark grey armor. A blue glowing ring is on his finger and he is armed with a lance that crackles with lightning and a shield.

"Are Auruos' forces so weak that he must rely upon outsiders to fight me? Perhaps I should have attacked his city instead of kidnapping his daughter."

"It's not entirely too late, my dude. If you have a better offer for us, then maybe the winds would change in your favor..." Drift replied lackadaisically.

Kasha purrs in human form, clearly delighted at such proficient rubs, and if possible, becomes even more relaxed.
