She mixes a drink, snaps her fingers to produce a strong ray of sunshine, whips out a beach chair, and takes her top off, revealing a cute skimpy summer swim top. She puts on sunglasses, sits down, and waits for her turn, sipping her drink.

As soon as he read the contents of the scroll aloud in deep speech, a chunk of space condenses into a warbling mass of chaos that he flung without hesitation.

Yvan hadn't noticed the mage had targeted him until it was too late, getting hit square in the shoulder. It didn't hurt, and for a moment he thinks the ray had no effect one him, but as he reaches for his sword he feels utterly sluggish. He isn't as fast as he normally was when closing the distance between him and the enemy, and for some reason he finds himself unable to use his anger to fuel him this round.

Obsidian Helps Kasha, and will do so the entire battle.

Hoodini will Help Yvan for the entirety of the fight.

Alys would trot over to catch up with Yvan. She’d reach out to cast Haste on him, hoping it could be of some benefit, even if it was a little late.

Kasha, tanning, got hit by the ray square and completely. She got knocked back and sprawled like a rag doll, her skin burning and sizzling. Obsidian gave her a concerned look, and Kasha raised her head, not looking very happy at all. She muttered some very bad words and got back up, her outfit partially ruined, and her drink all over the ground. She glared at Ogleus, considering the worst way to hurt him.

"Owchie. Time to heal, little buddy!" Kasha said, wincing. "Wanna see something dope?" she asked Obsidian. Obsidian looked at her and nodded, watching her and the battle at the same time.

Kasha waved her hand and in a poof of green glitter, a small squirrel appeared, wearing some sort of white smock and oversized glasses that made his pupil look comically large. "Hi Dr. Nuts!" she said, greeting the squirrel happily. Obsidian twitched in surprise. "Got a little necrotic damage to fix up. Think I could trouble you for a moment?"

"Why, of course, Kasha my dear. So good to see you again!" the doctor said, in a pleasing sophisticated tone. "This will only take a moment."   

28 + 9 The squirrel doctor magically fixed her skin, and handed her some pain pills.

"Take two of these and call me in the morning if the condition worsens. And your sugar intake..don't forget to watch your cholesterol!"

"Oh, I will!" she blatantly lied. "Can you look over my friends for a moment?" she squeaked.

"Sure, but just for a little bit. I have other patients, today."

"Thank you!"

 Vastra flicks her wrist and casts Shield, deflecting the attack.

Bixby clicked his tongue, realizing he wouldn't be able to do much in the immediate to help. But this wouldn't stop him from preparing for the future by converting potential strength into power that almost visibly distorted the space around him, or from activating his shield's hidden fire cannon; which he wasted little time in speaking the command word, and sending a bolt fire streaking right for the brain.

Bonus Action: Convert (4th level)Spell Slot into 4 Sorcery Points.

With Kasha taking over healing duties, Alys would shift gears. With a sailor scout flourish, the elf would pull out her Wand of Magic Missiles and release it’s full load on Ogleus.
