Reya, that suddenly found herself to be the head of the party (probably, not seeing anything strange in it, though) opened the double doors. Behind it, the group found a long wide corridor - with brick walls and stone-tiled floors 9 feet high and curved ceilings. Oil lanterns fitted with thick panes of green-tinted glass hang at regular intervals on 1-foot-long iron chains, shedding dim light in a 10-foot radius each - just enough to walk safely without any need of darkvision. There doors at irregular intervals along the both walls, and, judging by the much more dark areas here and there - openings to other corridors. It looks like in bot direction corridor turns sough.
Smooth stone trenches cut into the floors channel water and waste toward corridor turns. These trenches are 4 feet wide and 3 feet deep, with arching stone bridges spanning them at irregular intervals. The ledge on either side of a trench is 3 feet wide - enough to walk safely.
For a dungeon and and obvious sewers, what you see is remarkably clean and kept in excellent condition. Though one would expect a heavy stench here, a thick scent of incense hangs in the air instead - as if someone just marched through the corridors with censers, perfuming the sewers.
Choir nodded. Left was as good as any, and it looked like another nearby corridor led south, and might be the best chance of leading to where the disappearing lady had vanished to.

"I had heard once that is you keep your left hand against the wall of a maze and follow it. It might take awhile but eventually you will find the way out," he says while moving down the left hallway. He then kept his voice low and moved as silently as he could.
As we go left, will check the corridor running north, but should turn down the corridor running south - might bring us around to the other side of the secret door.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Holding up the rear of the group, Fran would scan the hallways in both directions before going left with the group. She'd be curious if she could see any footprints or signs of recent pass through.
OOC: The only corridor running north - is at the end of the tunnel to the right. Grey thin lines - are narrow tubes that bring down dirty water to the sewers. Does Nibs runn all the way to the right to check it?
So, everyone (probably except Ordrag?) turn left twice (into the first opening to the sought) without checking any door on the way, right? And Adray the only one in Stealth+Disguise, while others are just walking?
There are no footprints - the floor is too clean to them and whoever used it apparently did not step in the water. But the smell of incense must have came from somewhere - there are no any heat-sources with burning incense on it around.
(OOC: Sorry, thought it was a corridor, but realise it's just a door. Yes, suggest two left turns to south corridor, unless any other ideas. Ordrag is also wearing cultist robe and mask over his usual kit. Didn't plan on Stealth-ing, just hoping to look like a cultist that is supposed to be here and knows where he's going.)

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
OOC: If it is a cast - do not see a problem. Riding skill is free.
The corridor, the group turned in, looked empty - at least for now. It is shorter than the one you just left and has no trenches. Judging by the darkness at the end of it, there is an intersection there, and one more closed door to your right.
Empty corridors bring the soft sound of footsteps, but you can not pinpoint the direction, only that it's more than one person.
OOC: No, the ritual is a ritual - here you do have to seriously concentrate and make appropriate chanting/drawing/gesturing for 10 minutes. Horse/dog back riding excludes such activity :)
Choir grips her mace, wondering if she's going to be testing it soon...

“Oh I just remembered, don’t we have that secret door finder and amulet with us. Can i have those? And do you want me to try some detect magic? If you do, I’ll need some time to do the ritual for it.
Fran was right - it did look like you came to the right spot (once you passed that dry corridor and turned left). You did not even need the rod here - in the light of Choir's new mace the door was obvious, as well as the opening mechanism - one on the lamp, that now was hopelessly twisted, excluding any possibility to open the door without some reparations done.
However, you might not have time for that reparation right now - at the far end of the long south corridor you can see two black figures. In the deem light of the lamp, they are barely visible but still recognizable - cultists.
Hiding behind her disguised friends, Choir gets her crossbow ready. Wouldn't it be ironic, she thinks, if some of these cultists they are fighting are also infiltrators in diguise...

Alerted to the presence of the cultists, Adray carefully reaches into his waist band and grabs a dart. He keeps it at the ready and prepares to toss it at the cultist should one of them react in a threatening manner.

Polly will climb up on Brutus to get a ride while the others are walking. In the meantime she will start to cast detect magic.
