How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Next moment several things happen at once: while Adray was beat down Pirate number 3 managing a good left hook punch (pirate grunted), Polly and Fran tried to level battlefield a bit. Polly's spell covered the table and surrounding areas and Tarina dropped down unconscious to great delight of Dead Eye (visibly unaffected by the spell), not expecting such help. Though, Pirate 4 dropped down too or began to do so, immediately waken up by a blob of acid from Fran. Drops of acid reached Dead Eye (though just burned a bit his armour), and next moment Ordrag's blade barrage hit him from his bad-eye side. He bellowed and turned to the new deadly attacker. Choir's cute attack on big burly Pirate number 5 was not unnoticed and man responded with his blade. By this time, forgotten yet still alive (if barely) Pirate 1 manage to stand up and now was climbing up the stairs.
Calculations:
Dead Eye acid splash save: 25
Dead Eye attack on Ordrag: scimitar: 1. Attack: 10 Damage: 8
Dead Eye is a truly dangerous foe - you see now why Tarina was so scared. Wounded, he nevertheless was able to overcome strong warrior like Ordrag, leaving him on the floor in a growing pool of blood.
P4 was less lucky - magic attacks left him disoriented and though he managed to hit Tarina, he only scratched her.
In the same time, Adray and Choir both proved to be too quick for the pirates and avoided any damage.
Additional info: Adray can cast Shield once per long rest. Should there be a blow that shield can block that would drop him, he'll use his reaction for it.

Adray swore as he more heard Ordrag grunt and fall than see it. He was focused too much on his own foe at the moment. Deciding he didn't have time to try and render them unconscious anymore, he grabbed his sheath with one hand and shortsword with the other and did a quick draw slash against his foe. Barely a moment passed before he then ran, jumped over Oradag and struck out with a hand in haste at Dead-Eye. His punch, tossed from an awkward position was doomed to miss the moment he threw it.

Seeing the plan going bad and Ordrag falling, Polly decide it it time to go on the offensive. She raises her hands and in a arcane voice yells and she cast a firebolt at Dead eye!
Fran would grit her teeth watching the events unfold in chaos around her. It was time to take a breath and make some calculated decisions. Seeing Odrag go down and Tarina unconscious, she would be heavily contemplating jumping to their aid. Fran would look to Choir, their cleric, and could see that she’s exposed to the pirates coming up the stairs now that Polly and Adray are focused on the big man. I did say I’d have our backs. Fran’s face would take on some determination as she brings her wrist down on the railing for another tink, sending her acid to P1 and P3.

Adray lashes out with a kick at the man's leg with the intent to knock him to the ground. He then follows up with a strike to the man's jaw. He feels his hand connect but may not be the most effective. Despite all of this, he doesn't let it the growing worry show upon his face.

I see no reason not to check right away: Dex Save for P5 - 13
Pirate 5 did not enjoy his little victory over his miniature opponent for long - a stroke of lightning went up the sword jolting the attacker and making him scream.
(Accidently posted Ordrag's turn in the chat. Please use the same rolls)
Ordrag comes to, shakes his head to clear his senses, and then rises to his feet.
Aw, nice moves Dead Eye! I see why you're such a legend. This is such an honour!
And with that he twirls his scimitar in front of him several times, then suddenly lunges with his shortsword and follows up with a overhead swing of the scimitar...
Fran would look at her crossbow and look to the pirate closing on Tarina but still close to Dead-Eye. She'd shrug, "Ah, why mess with something when it's working so far..." Tink! Fran would aim another acid bubble towards P4 and Dead Eye before moving in closer to Choir.
Tarina shoot P4 (hand crossbow): Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Ordrag vs DE: hit with both attacks - total damage 13
Choir vs P5: hit(!) damage 8, P5 is no more!
It all happened too fast, Dead Eye was still yelling "kill!" and spitting swears but he was doing it alone now: Pirate 5, still jolting and sparkling from unexpected gods response to his offence, got hit by a hummer he would not even count as a weapon. He was dead even before he hit the ground.
Pirate 4, that all this time was trying to get Tarina, got a bolt in his chest and collapsed on the table to never raise again.
Dead Eye himself, was heavily wounded but too preoccupied to notice either that or death of his comrades behind his back. "Rhonda, you will pay for that!!!" roared he before unleashing another fury of his blade on the warriors in front of him:
He tried to shove Adray away: DE athletics 5 vs Adray's athletics 21

"Kill him! Don't let him go!" - Tarina nervously reloaded her crossbow.
