The only devil you saw is down, you are up against quite dangerously looking, but humans. (Unfortunately they look far less friendly than Bananas in Pyjamas)

For Fran to get aim at at least one of them, she would need to push Choir back a little (see the map)

Adray and Polly can attack.

Seeing the look in their eyes Adray frowned.  "You side with the devils and youll get put down."  He throws a barrage of strikes at B1.  If B1 falls he will move in to be by B2 and finish any attacks against him.

Polly is disgusted by the humans siding with the devil. She will tunnel under B1 and launches a fire bolt at B2.

I would argue that B1 is not visible to Polly (you can not get behind him), but B3 is open enough. Though, those despicable humans are quite tough and the one attacked managed to dodge the fire bolt anyway.

Fran successfully launched he daggers and came in dangerous proximity to another bandit and two attacks from Ordrag found their target, but the bandit was still standing - there was a reason devil chose those three, it seems.

B1 did not fall under Adrays attacks either (as hard as they were). And now both bandits got the chance to answer. As if the choreographed it, both made a smooth yet fast move with the scimitars and ended the move with the strike of a dagger:

B3 vs Ordrag:  Scimitar. Attack: 9 Damage: 9

                       Scimitar. Attack: 7 Damage: 5

                     Dagger. Attack: 23 Damage: 6

B1 vs Adray:  Scimitar. Attack: 22 Damage: 5

Ordrag realises these are no ordinary rabble, seeing that they are focusing their attacks on one opponent at a time (in this case, himself). Ordrag gets smart and does the same.

Target whoever Adray is targeting - B1 I think.

(A thousand apologies - no, they are not that smart still, the second one (B1) one was supposed to be Adray, I'll correct it. Still, yes, they are not just random bandits)

Adray took the blows with a grunt.  They hurt, and if not for his training he may have lost too much focus and gone unconcious.  He stood his ground though.  Avoiding the pain, he launched into three attacks again.

With that first hit he will try for a stunning strike.  Dc 14 con save or he is stunned to the end of my next turn.  If he fails then he gets advantage on the other attacks.  I'll only roll one on that 2ne attack. 22

Combined attack of Adray and Ordrag left B1 quite dented, yet, he was still standing.

Polly, Fran And Choir still have their moves, though.

Fran will smack her wrist against the corner of the wall. Tink. Shooting off a bubble of acid to envelop B1 and B3 (He's still alive yes?)

She'll follow up with two daggers.

Adray and Ordrag are both looking kind of ragged: Choir will cast Prayer of Healing for 15 on any party members who are wounded and possibly on any of our close-by NPCs who could use it.

She start to whisper something under her breath and a silvery mist surrounds her and then she is gone! A moment later the mist appear behind B3 and a fire bolt shoot out from it to hit him!

Polly will bonus action misty step behind B3 and shoot a fire bolt at him
