Ordrag doesn't mind watching a fight either, but doesn't really know who to cheer for. He doesn't like being called a 'puny mortal' though, and is tempted to whack a few demons to prove the point. If the bug-dudes look like they are struggling, he will jump in to rescue them (and call them puny in return).

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Fran would blink a couple times, trying to make sure she’s seeing right. To be honest, she was okay with the hellspawns fighting each other. She also didn’t know who to cheer for. So she remained neutral unless there was any obvious indication of anything that would help their own cause.
Popcorn was not provided for the show, but soon adventurers found out they were not the only one invited. The curtain closest to the big window (the one you saw another minotaur skeleton in a bit earlier) was pushed aside and in came a toll dark figure in a bright robes of the priest of Lathander. Completely black eyes without sclera, yellow teeth, parchment like skin and long sharp even to look at nails - all practically screamed "undead" even to the untrained eyes. Yet, Choir could not help it but think, that the figure looks vaguely familiar. Two minotaur skeletons followed the figure.
Lulu's eyes widened and she all but spat on the newcomer, however the priest (or ex-priest?) paid no attention to anyone in the room but the demons. He made several quick steps toward the stairs raised and with "be gone, demon spawn" send a ray of sick-green energy at the scorpion. The twisted spiked black plates, covering insect's body, begun to decay and rot at every point the energy touched it. Two skeletons, following the order from their muster attacked dretches.

(With rolls like this you Choir can write his biography)
Choir remembers the man - Gideon Lightward, an elder priest of Lathander, who served Elturel and his deity proudly. There were rumors about his growing obsession with fighting demons, and particular hatred towards them.
Choir, excited to have recognized the fellow, tells the party, "Elder Priest Gideon Lightward! Demon hunter. He seems completely obsessed with fighting demons lately." and adds a little more uncertainly, "Undead?"

The man turned away from the demons for just a moment to look at Choir (unforgettable look of a hateful fanatic in the midst of "justice bringing") but immediately returned to the fight.
One dretch was already turned to dust (literally, as usual here) after combined attacked of two skeletons, while insectoids finished what was left of the scorpion. But the battle was far from over.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing (with no small amount of surprise) that Choir recognises the undead priest as a local boy, Ordrag decides to aid their fight. It feels strange to one minute fight against minotaur skeletons and the next minute to fight alongside them, but better the devil you know than the devil you don't. Or demon. Or undead.
Whichever target is closer (Ordrag's never fought a demon before, so probably doesn't know the difference)
(Not that it matter now, but I assume main attacks are slashing now, while bonus - bludgeoning?)
Disgusting pig-resembling stinky creatures kept attacking Gideon and his small undead army, not yet noticing the group. But now Ordrag attract their attention. He successfully cut down one of the demons, but the one near by used his last resort, useless against Gideon or skeletons - a green cloud, stinkier than the natural smell of the creatures, covered the stairs, reaching out to Ordrag.
(DC 11 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of its next turn)
She hits as many stinky hell-pigs as she can get with Word of Radiance for 5

if it is not a spell she will just go invisible instead.
Adray entered the cloud - DC 11 Constitution saving throw
It was worth it, though, another drench fall to the ground, and Gideon's group took care of the rest. The green disgusting cloud was slowly disappearing.
Cold abyss-black gaze of undead priest turned to the group now: "You helped to destroy the demons." It was hard to say whether it was a statement of a fact or an approval. "Good. Who are you and what are you doing here?"
Adray moves to a more readied position rather than outright hostile position. He eyes the skeletons a moment before responding. "We are here mostly to rescue others that came before us. They may be able to help save the city, ya know from demons...and such." He doesn't explain the "and such" but his demeanor seems to indicate everything excluding his present company.
Fran would blink and the combat was over? She’d chuckle to herself and put her hands on her hips. The artificer would glance over to Brutus and shrug. Though, now wasn’t the time to get too comfortable. She’d remain on alert, scanning the area and looking over the man Choir pointed out. If she could shuffle closer to Lulu, she would.
Owis, you go on head down the stairs and see what’s what. Make sure we don’t go straight in to a trap and that there are no enemies like you did before. What do you mean? Fine I’ll make sure you get compensated for your bravery.. yeah I know, you love berries and oatmeal, when we get home you have as much as you like... Yeah your are right, we can’t trust what is not alive, stay safe little one.
and with that Owis take off down the stairs.
Perception with advantage if he can smell anything: 9, 7
