Choir missed - truly, water bath did not sit well with the range weapons, but green babble sent Fran managed to penetrate woman's armour and she gasped with pain. Yignath, though, did not look like he was affected by green splash and with menacing laugh attacked Ordrag with his spear:
Attack: 10 Damage: 10
"Kill them!!" repeated he his command and Woman tried to reach Adray again:
Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Ordrag danced on the spot like a toreador on arena and managed to escape the blow again, but Adray was not that lucky this time. Another mighty hit and another injury.
Round 3
Woman - lightly wounded
Yignath - heavily wounded
Adray - critically wounded
Ordrag - very lightly wounded
Dancing had it's disadvantage - Ordrag missed Yignath as well, but Polly's underwater attack was very successful - hit!

The blow hit heavily to his side and Adray gasped in pain. He gritted his teeth as he struggled to hang on. Then he felt a light touch on his back and the pain started to subside greatly. With some renewed effort he lashed back out at the woman with spear and fist with speed previously unseen.
Spear Attack: Attack: 23 Damage: 9
Bonus spend ki point for flurry of blows, two unarmed strikes
Ordrag continues to spar with Yignath, succeeding both martially and verbally... Hey bro, once me kill you, how about me chuck you in the water with the rest of the turds.

The woman surely knew how to use shield - the spear in Adray's hands was to quick for her (heavily wounded) but she managed to block unarmed attacks and answered with her deadly mace: Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Adray dropped down and the woman turned to Ordrag, but Choir's magic proved the victory was celebrated a bit too early (Adray is prone but better than at the beginning of the round 3).
OOC: Polly did make her move in Round 3 (btw, Polly hit target twice with her bolts, muddy water obscures her perception), and has a chance to change her decision now. Because, I can hardly see 2 experienced warriors, engaged in a tough combat reacting to any kind of voices outside. DC has to be astronomical.
Raging with disappointment the woman turned back to Adray and after another barked order from Yignath, attacked him again: Attack: 12 Damage: 7 Rage is a bad adviser in combat (no matter what more wile combatant might think about it). The woman missed.
So did Yignath, who was still hopelessly trying to fight off Ordrag: Attack: 12 Damage: 8 The brute lost his balance and got another heavy hit from his opponent. Bleeding from many open wounds, he either did not feel the pain or was too stubborn (or too afraid of repercussions) to quit.
This is probably a special hero trade - you need to be brought down before you practically annihilate your opponent. At least this is what Adray did with the cultist of Bane - both of them. While the woman was spitting blood with her last breath after being pinned to the altar behind her with the spear, Adray reached out to the man, trying to avoid Ordrag's shortsword and met him with the blow that send the already dead body fly backwards.
The battle was over.
In the aftermath, Adray and Ordrag got of of it barely scratched and now could look around in relative peace and quiet, interrupted only by quiet sobbing of the chained man at the altar. The room does not look any more impressive though - half flooded, wet walls, stench of fresh blood and rotten meat, the welded together suit of armour in the corner, two new bodies by the altar and practically naked man on it - it's neither a "big ceremony hall" nor a treasury by any standards.
Adray puts his boot the women's body and yanks his spear out of her. He then takes a deep breath and sits on the steps. "Well that was terrible," he says. Then shakes his head and hands, "the experience of being pummeled by a mace, not you all. You did spectacular and save my life and hell brought me almost to square condition. You keep that up and I'll keep try and keep up front."
After a few moments, he looks at the prisoners and decides to let the others take that up. He instead starts going through the bodies looking for any type of paperwork, orders, identification of any sort. He'll pule any weapons or other items of significance in a pile to the side.

Making the sound of a victorious trumpet fanfare, Choir picks up the bad man's spear. Now she has something she can throw without dropping her shield. Speaking of which, she retrieves her shield as well, and renews the Light on it. It would be no fun to have the light suddenly wink out in a dark tunnel.
