(The warforged guards are not part of the train crew.)
Lotara effortlessly launches herself off the kitchen table, slipping between the space of the warforged and the ceiling of the car. She lands gracefully as she heads for the door. The warforged turns its attention to her, its hand splitting apart and slides down its arm. As it does, a longsword's blade comes from its wrist as it takes place of its hand. It grips its other hand, making a part of its upper arm come out. It then encircles itself out to make a shield. It makes its way towards Lotara, "You are not allowed."
Canavar lets go of the armless warforged and rushes towards the guard while drawing his greataxe and growling. He screams "I SAID GET OUT THE WAY!!!"He slams into the guard and attempts the to move him to the side of the car, placing himself in the middle.
Move action: move to warforged and draw weapon. Bonus action: rage. Action: Grapple athletics: 21 and then spin him to the left, allowing others to move around w/o opportunity attacks.

Drix pushes past and follows Lotara's lead trying to get straight engine room. He pulls his pistol and nods to Canavar. A kind of knowing nod that says he doesn't expect the shifter to keep the guard alive if there is resistance.
((Not know if the door is locked or open, I'll go into the engine room. If it's locked he'll shoot it out and kick the door in.))
Faereth draws her scimitar again. "This one are of little concern. Cut through and get to the engine cabin!"She tells the others. She brings her blade to strike at the armed warforged, once again in an attempt to subdue rather than outright destroy.
Scimitar vs. Warforged:11 vs. AC. Hit:9 slashing damage.
DM:
I've had family matters crop up, so sorry for my lack of posts at the back end of last week. I'll be travelling from Wednesday onwards so might not be able to post. Feel free to AI control Faereth, she'll mainly be trying to ensure that the group succeeds in securing and slowing down the train carriage. She's saving her remaining spell slot specifically for if she needs to use command to get someone who can slow down the lightning rail to do so.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

(Setting Drix's action to a readied action. And will need someone to do an athletics check against the door to knock it open, Drix's shot halved the DC for it.)
Drix readies himself to push past as Faereth goes to confront the warforged. Her non-lethal attack is easily dodged as the warforged looks back to her. Only to see Canavar charging towards him, grabbing him into a hold. Drix runs past as he pulls his pistol, shooting the door's lock as he comes up behind Lotara, joining her.
Although the warforged is now caught in a hold, it attacks at both Faereth and Canavar with its sword and shield.
Lotara busts the door open and the two continue onto the next car. In the next car there are four doors, one of them being the one they came through. On the other end of the car and just straing down the corridor is the door to the final car. The other two doors lead to the 1st class rooms.
As Lotara passes by, she notices the first door's handle is bent the other way. As with it being banged on from the other side, she hears muffled shouts from it. And she arrives at the car door for the engine/lead car, to find it locked.
Drix slides in next to Lotara already pulling a gadget from his belt. A device that is somewhere between lock picks and a gun. He moves in next to the monk and starts working on the lock.
"Last car and we don't know what is in there. Let's try the subtle approach." He says letting an edge of caution creep into his voice.
Sorry to do this to you all but I am going to have to drop out of this campaign. I've enjoyed playing with all of you. Enjoy the rest of the adventure.
@cogema it's been fun, hope things go well for you!
(Just posting for next turn.)
Faereth will attempt to keep the warforged's attention, bringing the scimitar up again for another blow. Scimitar vs. Warforged:8 vs. AC. Hit: 8 slashing damage.
(Okay, I really thing DDB doesn't want Faereth to hit anything this campaign!)
As the two enter the front car, they see a figure reminiscent of the noble from before, but his robes black and covering his face. He stands before a fire that swells then dies, revealing a khyber crystal, starting to crack from the heat. As if magically, the noble turns to look at you two, "Seems a few managed to get past those two...no matter, all my lord wants is to give Sharn a gift of tragedy. Does not matter if they find martyrs trying to stop the inevitable."
The noble lets a dagger out from under his robes, readying himself as the fire blares once more, a screech from the elemental ringing out.
