Seeing the snail appear seemingly out of the stalagmite, Kysdiane stumbles backward at first, but then recovers and swings his flail in a wide arc towards the clearly hostile snail. He then shouts out to the others, "I don't think this was a rock!"
Hearing the sound of Kysdiane's flail striking against something, Renata quicks leaves the dwarf skeleton and move to K7, where she gasps as she sees a giant snail engaging with Kysdiane. She quickly pulls out her staff of the Python and throws it in front of her, with the summoning word "Vatra" the staff turns into a giant snake.
Lia, finding herself suddenly too-close to a hostile creature, casts misty step moving 30 feet away. she backs up further, another 20 feet at least (if possible.) then sends a ray of frost at the snail... Attack: 22 Damage: 3
Avia runs behind Renata, at L7, she tries to find an angle to shoot acid at the monster, but if she can't find a safe she instead waits until someone gets badly hurt, (Under half health) to heal them.
Move Action: Moving to L7
Action(if Avia can attack the snail with her acid): Acid Splash. The Flail Snail must make a DC 13 DEX saving throw, or take 4 Acid damage.
Action(If Avia can't attack): Ready Healing Word, it occurs if one of her teammates reaches under half health. They are healed for 5, if they reach half health.
Gulgus' looks wide-eyed as the snail makes its presence known. He looks over at the Axe Beak and says, "After ye!" motioning it toward the large snail. As it makes its way over to the adversary, Gulgus reaches into his tan Bag of Tricks for a second time today and pulls out something fuzzy and throws it towards where the snail is located. It lands and reveals...
The Axe Beak moves it's 50' toward the snail (assuming it was in a location with/near Gulgus) and takes the Dodge action as it moves in an attempt to avoid any attacks.
Kysdiane is quick to react as he immediately swings his flail down on the strange beast with several of its own. After making contact, one of the creature's protrusions hangs limply before dropping to the ground. It now has four left (11 magical bludgeoning damage).
(Flail snails have an innate anti-magic effect coming from their shells, giving them advantage against spell saving throws and spell attack rolls suffer disadvantage. On only this turn, for the sake of keeping the fight going, I will re-roll spell attack rolls)
Lia, finding herself right by the swinging tentacles of the large mollusk, quickly teleports away and gains more distance before launching a chilling beam at it (Attack reroll: 24). As it reaches the snail it seems to curve, but not enough before striking the creature directly (3cold damage).
Dex save: 13 (forgot advantage, but it made the save)
Despite its slow movements, the snail was barely able to avoid the mass of acid Avia sent its way (no damage).
As this was happening, Renata deploys her magical staff in its snake form to try and entangle it. But the conical shell of the creature makes the large python slip, rather than grip (miss).
Gulgus sends his large bladed bird in after the creature and summons a primate to join the party, right next to the snail.
Snail's turn:
The strange creature senses itself almost entirely surrounded. As a result, its shells starts sparkling with some internal slight that begins to be very disorienting to the point of it almost being blinding (all attack rolls have disadvantage until end of snails next turn).
(Kysdiane, the baboon, the axebeak, and the python must roll a DC 15 wisdom save or be stunned.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Wisdom Save: 24
As the creature's shell starts sparkling, Kysdiane shakes his head to try and clear his mind and reorient himself, but the light has made its toll and he has to spend the next few seconds rubbing his eyes as he is too stunned to even react.
There are creatures that are truly blind and have blind sense. But the stat block would specifically say if that is the case. Grimlock for instance, have that. But giant constrictor snakes do not. I'm afraid in this case the python is affected by the glow. It seems that blind sense is there to complement the snakes sight rather than replace it.

Kysdiane, Renata's python, and Gulgus' baboon and axebeak are rendered utterly stupefied by the snail's dazzling display.
Lia tries to fire a crossbow bolt at the creature, but the lights make it hard to aim at (reroll due to DA cause by its light display: 7). Despite the disorienting lights, she sill is able to sink the bold into the gastropod's slimy flesh.
Dex save: 1 (Again, forgot advantage)
Avia sends another blob of acid towards the monster. But, for a creature not known for it's agility, it is strangely dodgy (no damage).
Wis save: 19
Renata prays to her god for aid in combating the creature before them. The flail snail looks around for any sort of escape route (It is now turned).
"Vatra, come back." Seeing that it has worked, Renata relaxes a bit and calls out to her stunned python. She watches as the snail slowly crawling away... "It will have a hard time catching up with us if we go now." She says to others.
"But it is going the only direction we have not checked out yet..." Lia points out. (Assuming it goes down the tunnel Lia went down to find the thing that is.)

The giant constrictor snake is blind; it only has blind sense. So it would mean the python is unaffected by the snail glow?

I see, that makes sense.

"Turn, " she says to the large glowing snail, "please."
