Not long after Lia takes the offered stone, an octant of the shaped etched on it starts pulsing at around once per second.
"Looks like the portal you're looking for is not too far from here. Around a day's trip that way, give or take a couple of hours." Lyssida says points in the same direction, assessing the rate of the pulsing. "Simply follow it until the center starts glowing."
"Before I forget, Valentia. You are currently the only conduit for Kelemvor in this realm, at the moment. Normally, the gods would petition one of us Overseers if they want to act in someone's dream, but considering the circumstances I will allow you as an exception."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

After bidding Lyssida farewell, the party sets out towards the portal indicated by the stone. As they exit the chamber they entered the Wyrdrealm in it seems to be a vast grassland on a crisp morning.

As they move along the coastline. They spot some fishermen not too far ahead of them, just off shore. They are seem to have had quite a windfall as they have far more fish in their nets than it seems their boat can carry.
"That's a heck of a lot of fish, yeah. If it's a REALLY good dream... maybe the fish'll turn into something neat? Like, they'll be full of gold, or they'll be magic fish or something."
Smallfry frowns. "Wait, but we entered with the Overseer of Nightmares. Does that mean we're on the, uh, nightmare side? Or something? Are the fish about to catch the fishermen? Dreams are weird. I should have asked Lissy-Dee a few more things. Maybe next time."
The party observes the fishermen as they walk along the coast, they have a small discussion of the nature of the fishermen and of the Wyrdrealm.
As if they were never there, the fishermen and the boat disappear without a trace. In place of the multitudes of fish that were previously in the boat, a similar number of small yellow orbs appear and scatter in all directions.

The beach continues into the afternoon. However, the soft, sandy beach has given way to rocky, craggy coastline with tide pools scattered all around, some seeming to be deeper than others.
Splashes are heard from all around. From the tide pools jump out three fish-like humanoids and three taller humanoids with sickly green skin with pieces of shells, corals, and barnacles all over their bodies come crawling out of others.
(It has been nearly 36 hours since initiative was called. For the time being, Smallfry will be controlled by me until EnvyDragon is able to post again.)
Before it could even react, Oswin and his steel defender rushes and lays the fish creature near them low (11Piercing and 10 force damage and dead).
Enemy turn
The remaining fishy humanoids make their way to Jororic and Lia and attack them.
Spear vs Jororic Attack: 6 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Spear vs Lia Attack: 12 Damage: 3
While Jororic's armor is able to deflect the spear, but Lia is not so lucky in that regard (5 piercing damage)
Two of the other unfortunate-looking humanoids stumble their way to the Jororic and Smallfry, while the last one has another target in mind (stopping at I-14)
Attacks against Jororic:
Unarmed Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Unarmed Attack: 7 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Bite Attack: 12 Damage: 3
Attacks against Smallfry
Unarmed Attack: 17 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Unarmed Attack: 14 Damage: 4
Bite Attack: 10 Damage: 5
Their attacks are either mostly deftly dodged by Smallfry or bounce off of Jororic's armor. However, Jororic receives a solid blow to his head and Smallfry feels needle like teeth sink into his scales (7 bludgeoning damage to Jororic and 4 piercing damage to Smallfry).
Lia, Valentia, Jororic and Smallfry can take their turns.
Lia would take the stone with a nod of thanks. "Back to town then, unless someone has a better option..." She glances to the others for agreement.
"Yep. Town, please."

Lia would continue onward, keeping an eye on the fishermen, but hoping they were not a threat.
"Looks like dey gots demselves a real 'aul, no?" Jororic comments as he continues.
Oswin watches the fisherman, half curious, half cautious, “But of what? Are there really fish here?”
"Oi! Good point! Maybe dey be da dreams o' dem fishermen? I 'ope 'tis a good dream fer dem!"
