Nasaar would finish his survey of the area for magic, then sit down to rest for a bit before they move out again. His owl would keep an eye out... 22 perception.
After the strange encounter of the snakes, you are a bit more paranoid than necessary. Constantly reacting to even the smallest of movements within the jungle. It's hard to determine what they could have been as you quickly look at another.
@ Axon and Nasaar
With the help of your companions, you both are able to notice that there was a fight here at the clearing. Broken off arrowheads almost blend in with the stones with their ivory make. After a bit of tracking, you can tell the fighting led off to where the badger fought the snake.
The day passes by idly, with the tree protecting you all from the harsh sun. Until the sun starts to set, letting shade expand until it could be called night. The cool air is a welcome change as Kierran yawns, pushing himself up.
"Alright, so their territory is just a bit past this part of the jungle. We should be clear of their territory once we reach the dragonborn village. Should we do a marching order like we did before?"
He asks as he starts to walk toward the section he was talking of.
I will take the rear of the procession. I am having an unknown reaction to our innocent encounter with the local fauna and I do not want to hasten our journey with circumspect concerns.
(Only Nasaar and Hari have Darkvision, as does Kierran. And with Sylvester at the center of the march, the torch will provide light for about 20 feet, covering most of the party, then beyond that is dim light for another 20 feet. So that means, for the front and back of the group will have 20 feet of dim light. So any without Darkvision or Keen Senses, will have disadvantage to perception.)
(And I'm off for today and tomorrow, so I'll be able to post more often for a short while.)
Before they set off, Kastor will sit down and cast Locate Animals or Plants, searching for the location of the nearest Giant Poisonous Snake, for future information, and will then Wild Shape into a Giant Badger to gain darkvision (30ft).

(Well, I'd love to know where more of them are, but the spell just says the nearest, if there are any within 5 miles. I don't think it needed the nature check though, so if the nature check gives more information, like if there's any kind of nest or home, or a direction where more of them come from, then Kastor would definitely want to know that. And if a Survival check would add to that for tracking them, then 18.)

(The nature check was for something different. And a Survival check won't really help, since you're not going after them, along with going away from where they are located. The spell tells you their exact location so there'll be no need for tracking but does not discern if its a nest, where its going, or where they came from.)
Kierran leads the party through the jungle with his saber at his side. He's oddly quiet now but does look more alert, as he keeps glancing about. Most of the companions and Kastor's bestial form prove helpful as they start to smell something noxious. Although Sylvester can't see anything beyond the torch's domain, he can hear the beasts. At first, it was just a couple, then more joined, keeping the pace with the party.
"...guess I was wrong..." Kierran says as he stops, getting into a fighting stance.

"Seems good to me." Nasaar agrees, taking up his same position in the order. He sends his owl out to scout overhead once more.

@ Kastor
There is one, it is in the vicinity of where the fighting could be heard from.
(Did you only want to know of the one closest?)
