"I think I saw something that looked very cell-ish down a tunnel before we got out here. Virnen says as he looks back at the tunnel entrances around him.
Moxely looks at Jax, and then his empty hands, and then the lava with the disintegrating body in it. Then chuckles and claps Jax on the shoulder, "I have always liked you. Whenever I set up shop next, you eat and drink for free."
Then Moxely will move around the room until a direction has been chosen and continue to toss dead bodies into the lava.
The warforged would nod and rotate his shoulder after the slap from the minotaur as if verifying that it was still going to work properly. "Let's go, I do not like our odds if the rest of the clan choose to engage us." The warforged would add as he begins heading in the direction Indicated by Virnen.
As soon as the lizardfolk dies, some of Tara's anger fades, leaving her looking tired and disgusted as she gazes across the room. "I would like to find my clothes as well," she adds, casting a glance down at the torn and bloodstained silk dress. "This thing is making my skin crawl." The young woman follows the others towards the cells, eyes shadowed.
The gangs sets of as they creep through the halls, Lucky, Jax, and Virnen lead the front where they came down the winding dark tunnels. Collaborating when to make turns and navigate the maze of corridors. A faint orange glow dances on the wall of a room down the way.
The group finds a mid sized room, the left side filled with black iron bars molded into the floor and ceiling to make three cells. In the middle cell you see a black Lizardfolk with red spots wearing the traditional garb you’ve seen the others wear. To the right is another Lizardfolk with a short sword, jumping up from a small stool. Shocked and surprised by the sudden emergence of the party in the room. He stands there alone with no way out. A small key ring hangs from his belt.
The Lizardfolk from the cage yells out in common. “About time you guys found me down here, kill this chap and we can get out of here.....”. He says confidently
"We could simply fire at the shapeshifter through the bars.. "Jax would say looking to the prisoner and then to the guard. "We wouldnt need a key.... but perhaps the guard would be willing to lead us to your clothes..." The warforged would say looking to Tara.
"I know where they are, in the room I was changed into...this in." Tara says, gesturing at her dress in distaste. "I believe I can lead us back to the room quickly once we are done here," she adds absently to Jax while watching the lizardfolk in the cell, some of her old curiosity back in her gaze. "Interesting...he appears to have perfectly replicated the appearance indeed. But not the smell, apparently..."
Jax would quickly draw his revolver and point it towards the creature behind the bars while making sure he is standing out of arms reach. He would quickly glance towards his companions to see if they approve and if there are no complaints, He would open fire on the shapeshifer.
(OOC: I mean I guess it might be important to ask the creature WHY he decided to down the plain and all but while Jax is pretty smart.. He was also originally created as a soldier that was used to killing first and asking questions later :P)
Virnen reaches out and grabs Jax's outstretched arm before he fires. "We need him alive. I'm very interested to know why a doppelganger crashed our airship."

Moxely will make sure everything is in order in the room and then move back to the entrance and peek out the door both directions to see if anyone has discovered them yet.

Lucky walks over to the cage, off to the side so he's out of the way of Jax's confrontation, and takes a good long look at the doppelganger. He tries to judge the guy's mood - is he confident? Scared? Desperate? Planning something? Insight20
So, how's the escape plan going? he asks pleasantly.
The Lizardfolk jailor looks around, without need to actually understand he gets the gesture and moves to unlock the cage.
The changeling replies. “Look, I was hired to do a job and I did it. If you want to know the details.... you’ll need to get me out of here.”
Lucky is able to pick up only what’s on the surface. Given the circumstances the changeling seems calm and collected.
”My escape plan? Well you guys are right on time. I value my life more than the payment, so could you please lead the way?”
Moxely peers down the corridor and the immediate area doesn’t have the presence of any other Lizardfolk. He can hear the echoes down the tunnels coming from the ceremony chamber of more Lizardfolk, potentially guards.
"Let us aquire Tara's equipment before retreating back to where we arrived." The warforged would reply as he keeps his revolver pointed at the jailor. "it would be wise to kill this one... he will be able to point his companions in our direction. At the very least we should take his key and put him in a cell" Jax would reply as his body remains completley still as he points the weapon towards his scaly enemy.
The guard opens the door, but looks slightly confused with the new orders. He however doesn’t resist when Jax pushes him back into the cell and takes the key ring.
"Tara, can you lead us to where they prepared you for the ritual?" Virnen asks the young woman, eyes averted from her ragged appearance out of respect.

"I do not have many spells left." Saralyssa informs the group. "We best do what we are about to do and then get out of this place."

Jax would nod and turn his weapon towards the guard. "Unlock his cage" The warforged would command while nodding his head towards the prison.

"Guards will be here shortly, seems they are now in the ceremony room. I doubt it will take them long to track us here." Moxely tells the group.
In Draconic...
"Guard, get into the cell and throw us your keys." Saralyssa says. "Otherwise my friends will just kill you were you stand..."
Saralyssa nods to the others, and translates anything said in Dracconic to them.
