He flexes his gauntleted (Gauntlets of Ogre Power) hand as he speaks. He then loosens his money pouch, grabbing a few gold coins and clenching them tightly so they do not touch Roland.
As Ormond and Roland slow down, Tavish arrives behind them, “Out of breath already? Won’t lie, expected more out of you.” He flexes his hands and sweeps them toward you, as his arm extends like liquid metal, “IRON MANACLE!”

Deshti however is still 45 feet away, because their legs are short and stubby.

Buildings are about 20 feet tall, there’s an opening ahead, probably a few places that one could exit. There are a few poles and boxes to the side, and some scatter into the way here, but it’s mostly clear. Pretty much think like your running through the gaps in an old-timey countryside town

Then he hears Tarvish cry out "Iron manacle" and curses in frustration....
The tortle arrives on the scene with a hand held to their side, clearly not used to all of this rushing about. "Is there... *puff* anything that... *wheeze* Deshi can do??"
Roland turns around and slumps firmly down Ironsides feet. "Just press 'em down on his bare skin for a while. He'll pass out." He makes himself comfortable.

Tavish busts out from all of your grasps, as pillars of iron jut out of his back and propel him into the air before he lands in front of the group, “Enough! I’m taking all of ye in!”
He throws a fist into Ormond, Attack: 14 Damage: 11 Bludgeoning damage and one into Roland, Attack: 15 Damage: 9 Bludgeoning damage
Both of you feel like you’ve been slugged by a battering ram.
Penny lands awkwardly but gets right back to her feet as Tavish hammers Ormond and Roland, backing out of melee range. "Guess we should have run," she says under her breath.
"We don't want to hurt you, copper!" She says out loud. "We just want to go on our way! This town is doomed, there's a rupture coming and we all need to get out!" She waves her rolled up maps at him.
Action: Penny will take the Dodge Action this round. Bonus Action: Disengage, if needed, to get out of melee range of Tavish.
