(I didn't realize I had advantage and added that in post-roll. Doing so rerolled my stealth, which was also originally 21. So 21 is the score for both athletics with advantage, and stealth. And adding this edit rerolled my friggin athletics advantage. GRRRRRRR)
With help, everyone makes it down the wall relatively quietly just after the mob passes your location in a clockwise direction. Everyone except Hordkhen, who loses his footing as he jumps down the last few feet and clangs loudly. Luckily, just as this happens, a loud boom echoes around the inside of the walls from the front of the temple, and no one seems to notice. You are currently unseen against the South wall while the group of obscured cultists and kobolds are focused on starting a fire and yelling, probably an intimidation tactic for the people inside.
You estimate you have about 6 minutes before the front of the circling mob is back to the South side of the temple. If you engage the group at the back door, you will have a surprise round based on your group stealth, take one full turn and roll your initiative for next round. Everything in the smoke is lightly obscured (Disadvantage on Perception Checks within the area), and objects or creatures that are through more than 15 feet of smoke are heavily obscured (Effectively blind when trying to look through the area).
iNITIATIVE 13 I rush the largest group I can hit with Word of Radiance. 5 Probably due NW into that nook to hit 3 - 4 depending on if there is anything behind the lower left kobold

"Take one alive if we can...", Tar whispers. He sights the most densely amassed of the group, picks one of the cultists, and closes the distance hissing and back-slashes at the neck of the cultist...
Potato runs over to the second kobold from the right, flailing his arms and screaming nonsense about how he was left in the forest to die by his kobold clan and all he wants to do is be a good kobold and find a name and he's so much more than a sweet baby potato.
You all quietly prepare for your ambush, attacking within seconds of each other, successfully catching the group of raiders off guard. The mob is making enough noise that you don't think they hear your scuffle with the group at the back door.
Place'-wolf darts in first like an attack dog, but unluckily the cultist happens to move his leg at the exact time his jaws would've been around his calf.
Kod barrels in but the dragging sound of his axe alerts the kobold he was going to hit just in time for them to sidestep the attack.
Hordkhen ends up next to Kod and catches the cultist with his longsword. It's a pretty bad cut and the cultist looks rough now. (3 HP left)
Potato whines and cries and confuses the enemies on the right side of this battlefield. (All attacks have advantage on them until the end of Potato's next turn)
Lyria moves forward and tucks herself into a nook to damage 3 enemies. CON Saves: 20 / 8 / 18 One cultist takes the hit, the other cultist and kobold there resist the damage.
Delirious hits a cultist but surprisingly doesn't kill it. (It's at 1 HP)
Everyone that moved into the smoke notices two more kobolds and one more cultist that were previously obscured. (Basically, Delirious doesn't see anything in the thicker smoke on the map unless he moves into it.)

Place' bites down hard enough on the cultist's thigh to induce massive bleeding, and he passes out. He moves around the other cultist to the center of the fray and growls. He is noticed.
Kod makes up for his miss with a return swing that cracks the kobold's skull, as if he meant to do that all along. It works, the kobold is dead.
Tar Hordkhen spews acid that arcs over the cultist in front of him, raining down on him and the two raiders behind. DEX Saves: 13 / 2 / 22 The adjacent cultist dies regardless, he can't get out of the way enough even with a success. His face melts. The cultist and kobold by the door only get splashed a little, and are burned but standing. (Taken 3 damage each, posted current HP on them) The door, unable to get out of the way because it's a door, starts bubbling as the acid eats away at the wood.
The Northern cultist attacks Place'-wolf, Attack: 11 Damage: 4 The one on the left attacks Lyria, Attack: 4 Damage: 4 And the one on the right staggers forward and swings at Kod, Attack: 7 Damage: 6 Terrible all around! Obviously these cultists were not trained to fight, as their rudimentary attacks are easily thwarted, even by the wolf with no thumbs.

Potato slashes and cuts down the kobold in front of him, further severing his kinship from "bad" kobolds and bringing him closer to "good" kobolds. He'll earn a name yet.
Lyria perpetually bursts with radiant waves. Con Saves: 4 / 19 Indeed, they can't save forever. The kobold succumbs to the burning radiance and the cultist is left looking rough. (3 HP)
Two of the three remaining kobolds attack Place'-wolf, not because he growled at them, but because he was already right there. Attack: 16 Damage: 5 The kobold stabs Place's wolf form with its dagger (Note that you lost 4 HP, I imagine you'll keep track of your own wolfy HP) Attack: 13 Damage: 3 Swing and a miss! The last one steps over the body of the one Potato just killed and swings its dagger wildly at the "good" kobold. Attack: 21 Damage: 6 The dagger scratches Potato, but not deep. (I noted your damage)
I lift my axe and swing horizontally at the other kobold. The recent one I killed going along for the ride through my back swing and falling limply off with the forward momentum of my through swing.
