Delirious fires an arrow infused with magic toward a kobold on the other bank. It strikes the kobold dead but then explodes, bursting with thorns and killing the three adjacent ones regardless of their reaction time.
The cultist on the left swings at the still prone Hordkhen: Attack: 22 Damage: 4 The one on the right attacks Delirious, seeing the obvious threat there: Attack: 22 Damage: 2 (Well those were both shit.) The cultist, even striking at a prone target manages to hit Hordkhen's shield. The other one just trips and whiffs his attack.

The kobolds sling rocks at Delirious, who just killed about half of them. Attack: 10 Damage: 3 Attack: 10 Damage: 5 Attack: 17 Damage: 6 Damage noted, still have 1 Temp HP. Two bounce off his leathers, one beans him in the forehead, giving a temporary moment of clarity about how improper it is to shit on floors, even if you're the schwiftiest. The kobolds run off to the West. One straggles behind, the other two are about 20' off the map.

Perhaps we can take some measure to hide this entrance? Concerned that this secret entrance might be discovered I look around for any means to quickly help hide it from sight, like branches or bushes.
The bodies are inside the tunnel after a few minutes of carrying dead things in.
It is easy enough to collect branches from the brush nearby and cover it. Roll a survival check, and that will be the DC of anyone investigating your work to determine if they notice that it's not natural growth.

Lets go through the river then climb up the side of the wall we all have rope and if its too hard i can just turn into a spider and climb up with a rope
Place'-wolf seems to be saying you should go over the river and through the woods, then build a mound and toss Potato over it. Or toss Potato over the wall around the chapel, that could be it, but it most assuredly involves throwing Potato over something.
We'll go with 12 for the brush covering the tunnel. Since Kod helped it's like advantage for the help action.

Potato yanks his javelin off his back and gets a running start before chucking it at the fleeing kobold.

Potoato hits it with his javelin, but it doesn't skewer it, only glances off leaving a deep laceration.
With a satisfying THWAK, the bolt from Hordkhen's crossbow sticks in its back as the kobold skids on its face in the dirt.
Combat is over, and nothing survived to warn anyone else about your presence. Unless another group ventures this way, your tunnel will remain secret.
