Place' whips a stone that explodes with magical energy, and skips to hit several rats in the group in an explosion of rat. He kills 9 total in Lyria's rat swarm.
Lyria radiates light in pain form, taking out 1 rat in each swarm.
Hordkhen makes a long sweep downward and cuts a swath through 8 rats around himself.
Potato concentrates on dicing them up for food and chops up 4 of them around Lyria, but takes an attack of opportunity when stepping back to non-rat infested territory. Attack: 22 Damage: 11 Miss
Kod turns his axe sideways because it'll hit more, and squashes 6 near Tar Hordkhen, and also takes an attack stepping back. Attack: 12 Damage: 5 Rats suck.
With more than half their numbers swathed, squashed, beaned, chopped, and irradiated to death, the remaining rats scatter, preferring survival to whatever Potato and Delirious have planned. They skitter into burrows and are gone, combat is over.

Before Hodkhen can take two steps outside to look around, he is pelted with no less than 9 stones from the forest line across the stream, and rushed upon by 3 cultists, impeding his forward movement. It sounds like hail on his armor as two of the cultists clang against his shield and 4-5 stones harmlessly hit his armor. The rest of the stones hit his head and exposed areas for a total of 21 damage. (Check my math on the spoiler above) Hordkhen falls down from one particular headshot and is unconscious. Cultists: 10 Kobolds: 20
An incorporeal Gorilla sprouts from the ground just south of Hordkhen's body close enough (30ft) to give everyone 7 temp HP and through the shape of the ape I jump to the left turning into a wolf provoking an opportunity attack as I make my way towards the center (want to be in front hopefully provoking 1 or none opportunity attacks and ending not withen 5ft of any enemy) letting out a mighty howl

The odd-looking tube up top is the tunnel exit, which will provide some cover from ranged attacks if you're inside of it. The Stream is not deep enough to hinder movement The opposite bank is steep and the brush is very dense, which will hinder movement.
