Floon comes to consciousness with a gasp, peering about blearily, his mouth working but no sensible speech emerging. He's clearly not up for cultured conversation at the moment.

Walking slowly around the room, keeping his senses heightened, Ian checks around the room for items as well as for a better general awareness of his surroundings. He focuses on the dais, the walls around the room, and the passageways leading out of the hall that the heroes are in.
After getting his bearings, Gregor will take a few moments to rifle through the half-orc's pockets, keeping an eye on Floon. Once he's up, Gregor is ready to make a run for it with everyone else.
Walking a circuit of the room and quite thoroughly snooping, Ian determines the following:
Aside from the door in the western wall that the cloaked figure left by, there are three doorways along the eastern wall. Two of them, in front of which are hung curtains, lead straight into a couple of small sleeping areas, unoccupied . Straw pallets lie on the floor, and rusty manacles are bolted to the walls. The third, at the north end of the room near where you came in, leads into a small, empty-ish looking room, in which Ian perceives a loose flagstone.
Tucked behind the stone chair is a small, unlocked wooden chest containing two potions of healing, 16 gp, 82 sp, and 250 cp.

Gregor withdraws a dagger and spellbook from the corpse, and makes to pocket both. After a moment's consideration, he makes his way over to Floon.
"When you can stand, take this," he says, offering the dagger, "We'll need to move quickly."

Ian brings the wooden chest with its items over to his companions. He discusses what he has seen (OOC: making them aware of his findings in the previous post).
Ian then puts his ear to the western door that tentacle face left through and listens.
If Ian hears nothing, he will crack open the door and take a peek inside.
Irma joins Ian at the door, he takes out his hammer and is set behind him ready to head out.
If they are sudden attacked, Irma will move to stand in front of Ian and defend him. He will meet any rushing attacker, engaging the first one to hit him.
If they are not attacked, Irma will head out the door first, alert and wary of danger.
Ian hears nothing. Cracking open the door and peeking through, he sees a large, empty room, unremarkable save for the single stone pillar at its center. Other doors lead out to north and west, and a flight of steps leads up from the northwest corner.

Irma straightens up and relaxes his posture. Irma speaks to the group "Shall we pursue our tentacle faced friend or escort Sir Floon back?" "I am all out of healing spells but I can still fight."

Gregor looks at Irma like he's gone insane, "We. Are. Leaving. I don't know why that... thing left us alone, but let's not waste good fortune by running into certain death or worse."
Ian says, “Sorry... Sorry. I just want to check one more thing.”
Ian heads over to the loose flagstone and attempts to move it.
Prying up the flagstone reveals a rough-hewn tunnel hidden beneath, just big enough for medium-sized creatures to get through, if they went crouching in single file.
For clarity - this is in the small room in the northeast corner of the map above.
One party member scoffs at the others' search attempts. "Hmph! You waste too much time scuttling like bugs, only find scraps that way. Akai knows how to find true treasure!" He uses one spell slot to cast Detect Magic. He moves around the main chamber for a bit to check for signs of magical items before making his way over to Ian and the hidden tunnel.
”Hey guys, I think I found what looks suspiciously like a bolt hole. We should see where it goes. I think another way out would be preferred considering that they probably know the path where we came in from and that squid face could have set a trap.”

Aside from the spellbook already recovered by Gregor, Akai senses no other magic in the chamber.

Gregor
Gregor withdraws a dagger and spellbook from the corpse, and makes to pocket both. After a moment's consideration, he makes his way over to Floon.
"When you can stand, take this," he says, offering the dagger, "We'll need to move quickly."
Floon stares at the wizard for a moment, then takes a shaky grasp of the dagger and slowly rises.
"I say," he gasps, "you don't mean to say I'm rescued? I mean, I say! What a...yes, I say, we'd better hoof it, eh?"
He begins to stagger in the direction you came.
Falshen rifles through the pockets of the goblins.
Between them, Falshen finds 12 cp.
