(Pretty sure we're round 3. Now? I've been guaging that by Troll actions. Killing the guard was the trolls 3rd action right? + ther esolution of our collective 2nd turns. So this is the third new round)
(Additionally. That one guard is dead dead yes? Not "wounded and dying" down?)
Ashtear Round Three.
Ashtear briefly glances at Winter again, as she reaches into her bag and once again loads a redpill and aims her Alchemy Armaments at the overbearing troll Once again shouting to the guard to maintain distances
17 To Hit 14 Fire damage EDIT: IGNore that damage. This is the correct damage. 2d10 not 2d20. 15
(Yup round 3, and that guard is dead dead, no saves)
The troll makes a claw attack at both Aura and the remaining guard. 1st against Aura: Attack: 20 Damage: 14
Second claw attack on Guard: Attack: 15 Damage: 12
And finally a bite attack against Dain. Attack: 12 Damage: 5
If the guard is still up he disengaged, running full sprint back towards the keep, as other civilians are hurridly pushing their way through the doors. Winter, still floating there, seems to be alright, given the situation she is currently in. She tries to move but doesnt do anything more than turn lazily in midair.

The troll throws a fierce slash that leaves deep cuts on Aura's arm. The pain is enough to challenge her concentration on the spell that was lifting Winter up.
Concentration Save: 22 (DC 10, to keep concentration on Levitate.)
Aura does succeed, and so, with renewed resolve, she goes back with another round of attacks, this one being not as much of an all-out as her last one.
Manfred will curse at himself for having wasted such a good insult with the troll out of range, so he will move up and cast another round of Vicious Mockery on the troll, saying "Gods man, I know that trolls are supposed to smell bad, but you really take the cake. You smell like a wereboar that's eaten nothing but baked beans for the past month."
Troll must make a WIS 14 saving throw or take 4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on its next attack.

Albanus
Albanus, still being 120ft or so from the stinking brute, will move 30 feet towards it. Curling the fingers of his hands together as if he is sculpting a snowball, he whispers a few draconic words and a bright, fiery dot appears. Watching the disgusting beast attack his friends causes his anger to swell and he hurls the Fire Bolt at the troll.
As the bolts of fire pepper the trolls thick hide, it becomes obvious the troll is barely standing, the fire stopping its regenerating abilities. Winter contiues dangling in the air, trying to swim through the air as best she can towards the keep, but being unable to move still.
With the finishing round of attacks, Aura strikes once left and then right with her quarterstaff, after spinning it on her hand, ending with a high jump - which looks unnaturally high, thanks to her lightness coming from her Genasi heritage - followed by a punch on the chin, packing enough strength to break the troll's neck and make it fall to the ground.
She looks at the defeated troll's body for a second before turning back to the group. "Done... I'll, huh, go pick Winter back, and then we can do what we were going to do next." With that, she looks back at Winter and starts slowly making her drift back to the ground while she heads towards where the girl would land.
Albanus rushes up to the rest of the group, seeing Aura go tend to the girl. "We need to go to the inn," he says, gasping for breath just a little bit. He gets closer still, not sure if anything is listening in, "Johan sent a response. We need to get to his room." Looking down to where the troll lays dead, he sees the guardsman lying there. He spares a glance at Dain, "It could have been much, much worse."
"Let's be going then." Dain says, his breath puffing in white plumes from his lips, as the armor of ice that coats him freezes the air as it leaves his mouth. He nods to the other guards in the area, then starts off towards the inn at a trot. "You all coming?" He calls over his shoulder.
Now that the battle is over and the adrenaline seems to be wearing off, Manfred stares at the body of the troll, and of the slain guardsman. Then, he turns and watches Winter, his face betraying a complicated mixture of emotions: shame, horror, anger. After a moment, he will follow Albanus and Dain towards the inn, trudging toward the familiar building wearily.
Ashtear won't object, looking sadly at the dead guard, and mentioning to the other. "Sorry for your loss. Though I think this troll was a distraction to make people gather together. Be careful." flinging one last firebolt into the creature's skull to be sure it won't wake up later before joining the rest of the group.
As the group enters the inn, Manfred will check to see if Tom or his brother are behind the bar. If so, he will go to them, and urgently ask
"Which room was the other fellow, Johan staying in? Its very important -- we are trying to stop any more misfortune -- like that troll -- from befalling the town. Please, tell us now!"

Albanus will help Manfred. He remembers there are six rooms, three of which were bought by him and his companions. Still, it would be nice to know which one immediately...
After a moment of looking around, Tom finally pokes his head out from around the bar, a look of fright on his face. It appears he was hiding behind said bar after the announcement of the troll came through the town. Nodding and shakily standing, he moves to the far side of the bar, retrieving a small leather bound book.
R-right. L-let me look really quickly. Shouod be right here. Lets see. Yes here! Room 4 same as the Genasi and the half elf!
Albanus nods to the group. "I'll keep watch here with someone until the rest of you are done. Tom - a glass of sweet wine, won't you? Killing trolls is hard work."
Albanus will wait to talk to Tom more after the others have gone upstairs.

After heading up stairs, "I hadn't noticed anything odd in the room --but I wasn't really looking for anything. Hopefully we don't need that magic tool for this..." stated as such, begins to search.

Dain taunts the troll. "You are the son of a pig and a donkey." He then slashes at it with his battle axe, after casting booming blade
To hit: 9
Damage: 6 slashing and 6 booming blade. Another 14 thunder if it moves before Dain's next turn.
Dain then takes a five-foot step away, tempting the troll to attack him with its opportunity attack.
Survivor will race up to the troll and take two swings with his greataxe, no rage, no reckless.
