[after Belwar has positioned his bonfire]

Brox makes sure that her companions are ready for a fight, then takes out the spell gem. She slowly walks forward towards the menhir. She looks up to its top, then finds a suitable indentation for the gem stone. Dawnbringer pulses. 

Brox steps back and waits to see what happens. 

"We will triumph like a hurricane, or die like a breeze."

“I bet you 1 gp I can hide in this rocks and you won’t be able to spot me!”

Jimjar is Hidding 20

As the ruby begins to glow against the menhir, the walls begin to rumble. Part of one wall shifts.

An earth elemental shakes loose from the wall, where you earlier saw one of the figures. It slams a rocky fist into the ground, yellow glowing eyes scanning towards you all as you spread out around the menhir. With a roar of gravel and glass, the elemental attacks.

As the elemental start to move, Jimjar releases 2 arrows from the shadows.

Shortbow 1: 15 damage 3

After attacking, the gnome move away from the elemental and tries to hide again (bonus action): stealth 24

Grimnir sees the rocks moving and forming a large creature. "Well, that's going to be fun. Let's Rock and Roll !"
He runs toward his target and delivers his 3 attacks:
Amanita 1: 18 damage slashing magical 6
Amanita 2: 21 damage slashing magical 10
Left hand (Bonus Action): 9 damage blundg. 3

In front of this large elemental, twice or 3 times taller than him, Grimnir decides that it is best not to stay close and moves a good 20ft away.

Oorr Initiative 7

Jimjar's arrows bounce harmlessly off the rocky exterior of the elemental. Grimnir is able to duck in under the massive arms of the creature, carving out small bits of rock before disengaging and leaping back out of its range.

The elemental is covered in ice crystals, but its focus remains on the menhir and Brox who placed the crystal. It sinks into the ground and reappears beside her, a giant rocky fist aimed at her head, though the ice seems to have hampered the movement. 

Slam Attack on Brox. Disadvantage from frostbite.: 14 Damage: 15

Slam Attack 2 on Brox: 18 Damage: 15

Even though Brox thought she was ready for this battle, she has never seen a stone monster like this before. She is not quick enough to react or even protect herself from the strong blows. 

She realises that she needs more protection if she wants to survive this fight. 

First she draws a circle around her into the air and a shimmering light follows her finger and settles on her torso [Bonus Action: shield of faith]. Then she quickly pulls the shield from her backpack. That will hinder her from fighting in her usual style but she knows it is what she needs to survive [total AC now 21]. 

Prepared, she looks the golem into the the empty eyes. "I am ready now. Bring it on!"

Oorr knows very well the shear strength of earth elementals. Flying around the elemental, at a height if 20 feet, he commands Zippy to jump ahead and help Bros, then he conjures a small spider spirit to tend her wounds.

Jimjar appears from the shadows behind the elemental and shoots 2 arrows, not before jumping back behinds some rocks

Grimnir sees how badly hurt is his new friend , runs toward the creature and delivers his attacks, before again putting some distance between him and the elemental. "Brox, hold tight. We'll try to heal you if you need."

With the one hit, Grimnir transmit vibration in the elemental, trying to stun it. (1 ki point > CON DC 13) 

Well, that's not working, but I don't really have any better options, now do I?  I sigh and cast frostbite for 9.

Brox sees the rock monster freeze in place before her eyes. Then she feels a tickling sensation on her shoulder. A little spider is mending her injuries 4. She smiles to herself, gives Oorr a thank you nod, then turns her attention back to the big stone. She swings Dawnbringer now with one hand, the other arm protected by her shield. 

First attack: 15 for damage: 12

Second attack: 28 for damage: 9 When the hit connects, Brox can feel it's well placed. She decides to send extra divine energy along the radiant blade. [Extra damage for Divine Smite 2nd level x2 for critic plus critic on attack roll] 26

Total damage from both attacks: 57

Brox seizes on the opportunity as Grimnir's strike seems to stun the creature. It's heavy bulk grinds to a halt as it tries to attack, but cannot. Brox and Dawnbringer deliver a crippling blow, and the elemental uses all of its effort to remain standing.

Oorr, after seeing Brox's mighty blow, flies behind the elemental and stabs it twice with the magical dagger.

Jimjar sees how weak the elemental look like and feels that it is his time to shine. "Grimnir, I'l bet you 1 gold piece I can destroy it !"

With the Elemental barely standing, Grimnir runs up to the creature to finish the job. "I will get this gold piece, Jimjar, Thanks."

The elemental roars in pain, as the combination of attacks pulverize and slash through it. With the last strike from Grimnir, it shudders, turning to pebbles and dust as it falls to the ground. But before any of you can cheer, you hear another rumbling sound, and see a second elemental peel itself out of the rock wall and charge forward.

It swings towards Grimnir, trying to eliminate the threat that stunned the prior elemental.
