Rollo... Tired? 18 Helming? 14
The next 24 hours are rough. People able to take quick cat-naps but nothing truly restful. Digging into the supplies to grab a bite to eat when they can. A foggy early morning gives rise to a situation.
A (rather tired from being up 24 hours straight at this point) Morgan, as well as Lafetha see something deep under the water and moving up; likely one of the monstrous leviathans. Off through some of the moving fog is a Wrecker (sea fairing vessel designed to hunt leviathans.)
If this creature, easily bigger than a whale, decides to breach it could spell trouble for the boat. That Wrecker is likely hunting it, and may not even see the Windhook right now. And if they fire off any cannons, could risk hitting the boat.

Morgan tells the crew, "Guys! that baby leviathan we freed made it out here and it's all grown up! but some of those nasty leviathan hunters want to hurt our baby... we have to destroy their ship... or better yet capture their ship and add it to our own fleet! Great, I'm super tired, so you guys handle the wrecker and I'll try to lure the leviathan away. I can't make a big noise but maybe I can convince Sue .. I named them Sue by the way, short for Susan Namy... ANYWAY! maybe I can convince Sue that that it's a big noise form far away. I don't think it's a good idea to increase speed that could trigger a hunting response."
Morgan casts fly on themselves and flies the opposite direction the ship is going and once they are good distance (not sure about leviathan scale but 300ish ft) out then they dive into the water and the cast Minor Illusion to try to replicate the noise of the river leviathan they ran into

The massive creature slithers out from it's position swirling in the depths by the boat. Large angular head full of ripping teeth. Powerful tail kicking and propelling it with ease. Small fins along letting it swim in directions with a slow elegance. Thick ropey tentacles sometimes swirling out from it's face and flicking around like a snake before being pulled back in.
Lafetha attempts to turn the creature into an ocotopus, but doesn't seem to have much success. It's when Morgan flies off, diving into the water. Sending out a quick boom of sound that does their best leviathan impression.

The creature responds. It's whale-squid-terror self gliding through the water after Morgan. Very curious at what it could be. Not seeming to be threatened, as body rolls so sets of various eyes can look towards them. But, Morgan, it is certainly fast for it's size. Covering more than a hundred feet or so in moments, and quickly approaching from a slightly lower angle than how you're currently in the water.
Morgan casts another minor illusion 30 feet in the opposite direction of the ship and then flies out of the water and back to the ship hopefully unfollowed.

"We need to get out of here before that thing comes back, but we also do not want to be mistaken by the wrecker!" Abigail yells in a whisper at Rollo. "Should we attempt to get closer so that they can make us out?"
If Rollo agrees, Abigail grabs a lantern, and climbs up the mast in order to get some height before attempting to signal to the wrecker.
Persuasion: 14
Even through Abigail can climb, I am going to throw in an Athletics (17), because I did not get a feeling that there was a crows nest at the top of this thing, and so she is trying to do more than just hang on.

Rollo begins to turn the wheel. "You're not wrong, but, I'm afraid as we get closer we're going to be mistaken in all this mist..."
He glances around, trying his best to navigate through the fog, but moving a little slow. "Someone either signal to that boat that we're coming, or signal over to where-ever Morgan flew off to. Don't want to leave them in the..."
He notices Morgan land back on the deck. "Alright, nevermind. Let's make sure that boat can notice us."
Tarak waves his hand over the lantern hoping to signal the massive wrecker off in the distance. As the Windhook continues to sail closer, an eventual series of flashes from other lanterns seems to reply back. Signaling that they've been seen.
A bunch of splashing can be heard as the leviathan jumps into the air and spins. Changing it's direction to begin to chase the Windhook. Seeming to be curious about what Morgan is... or how it emmitted one sound and then seemed to fly away.
Rollo, looking over his shoulder spots the wake in the distance. "Oh great, a friend." He glances to the crew then over to the Wrecker. "Anybody want to bet she won't follow us for long? Or he. No judgement on sea monsters here, but if you all could give a bit of a row, I'd be obliged. Don't need a tentacle trying to figure out what we are out here."
Morgan, Tarak, Lafetha: Give an Athletics check to row Feel free to give any additional rolls / spells that could distract the monster or give you all some extra distance
Abigail On the sails you can use Acrobatics or Athletics or (Water Vehicle + Dex) to tilt and readjust the sails to catch the wind Feel free to give any additional rolls / spells that could distract the monster or give you some extra distance

The monster gains on the boat. Tentacles shooting out to rake across the boat and it's crew. Wanting to know about the creatures on board. A genuine curiosity, but likely not understanding its own comparative strength.
The monster's tentacles rake across the oars and the hull. The sound of cracking wood and deep scars echoing in the crew of the Windhook's ears. The monster is a good bit behind them still, but its two large tendrils reach out a good 40 feet from where the beast is.
The Wrecker keeps flashing its lights. Trying to signal for the Windhook to get closer, or at least out of the way.
Lafetha casts Speak with Animals , and yells out at the leviathan (because I assume I have to do that in order for it to hear me), "Hey! not baby! other boat kill you! swim away!"
