Lafetha talks with the beast, trying to get it to turn around. A clacking and low hum vibrating through the water as it seems to say something back. Not wanting to waste any time, Tarak and Abigail continue working on the boat. Trying to keep as much speed and distance from the beast as possible.
It's tentacles go back into the air, suddenly about to attempt to feel and 'guide' the ship in whatever weird way it's trying to do. Morgan notices a few fish moving down below, panicking or feeding, and tries to cast a spell on them. The water swirling with some colors for only a moment before they dart and zoom in various directions.
Loud splashes can be heard as the Wrecker begins to drop anchors and smaller boats. Likely priming itself to fire and begin to fight the leviathan.. it now being close enough to engage and hunt. Meanwhile, the creature seems to continue it's chase. Rollo taking a blow that knocks him off his feet and tumbling over. He stands back up, wincing from the massive blow before returning to the helm.
He curses as the leviathan continues to keep up. Between it's sheer speed and the length of its appendages it's difficult to avoid. Especially when trying not to be in a firing solution of what could be a warship. The oars continue to be ripped apart and tossed to the side.
That's when the boom happens. Large shells soaring through the fog as piercing rounds slam into the water. The Leviathan diving quickly a bit down. Another series of explosions as harpoons and chains are launched in a effort to keep it from diving away. The Windhook turns, getting out of the way and around the incoming combat.
Through the fog, you hear the sounds of cannons. Of shouting. The sea seeming to vibrate angrily dozens of the tentacles rise into the air and attempt to slam around. The ship and it's crew, and the massive beast locked into combat.
Rollo gives a sigh and a nod. "Alright everyone. Good job. But stay focused. We can't rest yet until we're back on the rivers."
((Everyone gets a short rest)) Someone needs to be... At the Helm (Water Vehicle + WIS or INT) Lookout (Perception) Manning the Sails (Acrobatics or Athletics)

The Windhook continues her journey. Morgan looking especially tired (2 levels of exhaustion), with Tarak not also clearly feeling it as well (1 level). Lafetha seems to be teetering (give a DC 12 CON CHECK, not save), while Abigail and Rollo seem a bit ragged but alert and aware
"It's marvelous, isn't it?' Rollo says as the ship gently sails on the calm sea. The stars shining bright on the clear night. The swirls of the old world above reflecting on the water; causing schools of of sardines to swirl and move to catch their evening prey. Periodically a larger fish trying it's best to swim through the school to catch a nighttime snack. "These are the moments that make me miss the open ocean. Makes all the storms and violence worth it."
A beam breaks across from the horizon, flashing and breaking up the peace. "And there she is, crew. The Lighthouse. Just have to get there." As he's about to boat, the crew works in concert. A large spiked hull of a broken ship sticking up out of the water. Abigail quickly moves along the sails while Lafetha keeps her eyes on the target. Rollo spins the wheel as they narrowly avoid striking the object.
"Abigail, pulls the sails up. Morgan, get that anchor in the water. Lafetha help me look to see what that was. Tarak, keep your hammer ready in case we struck it and took on water." Rollo quickly moves back to command. Looking over the side of the ship as the crew springs to action. A large fleet of wreckage and newfound coral reefs jut out of the water. Sometimes the glint of something metal seeming to float up and down.
A graveyard of ships. Warships. Some bearing flags of the rebellion factions of what is now Kvinter while others hold the flags and symbols of different groups of Unity. "Well.. this'll be a nightmare to navigate through," Rollo sighs. He turns to the crew. "We certainly could sail through, keeping to the oars and the sail. But anytime we mess up we'll be scraping the hull. I'm open to suggestions, but I doubt we could simply go around." He hints to the untold stories of this area.

It's a ship graveyard from some conflict awhile ago.
History 10 - 15
Kventer was a part of Ossus until about nearly 20 years ago; when they rebelled with the assistance of Unity. This appears to have been a bloody naval battle between the Kingdoms.
History 16 - 24
The Republic of Kventer and the Confederacy of Unity have strong ties to one another, forged in the Kventer War of Independence from the Kingdom of Ossus. The Independence War, or the Eastern Insurrection and Pardoning as it's known in Ossus, ended about 20 years ago. While a large amount of conflicts were over land due to the large borders; the battle of the Delta was a decisive battle that you now find yourself in the graveyard of. A battle for control of the main river delta, controlling port, and ability to launch unity reinforcements to bolster Kventer forces on the east. As in all wars, the winner is a rather large unknown...

A battle for control of the main river delta, controlling port, and ability to launch unity reinforcements to bolster Kventer forces on the east. The old Delta City was destroyed in the conflict; and local farmland was ruined. Destroyed from days of bombardment and attempted assaults by Unity and Kventer. Ossus ended up fighting the combined naval forces and armies back; leaving their ships as a natural barricade to the Delta. And a warning to any attempting to get into their Kigndom.

The Boat takes 10
The light sound of the boat striking the side of a series of husks of decaying boats. The crew are mostly able to avoid the danger, with Abigail at the sails and the guiding squeaks of Dolphin-Lafetha.
As they pass through the first series of maneuvers before circling around a bit. Lafetha is the first to spot two different directions. The first seems to be through a bit of old unexploded ordinance. It could be possible to detonate or remove the ordinance. But a near miss could explode violently : damaging the windhook.
The other route would require more fancy maneuvers around. Needing some people to spot, to row, and to man the sails. But with Tarak and Morgan tired, could be a challenge on it's own right.

Morgan perks up, "Did you say, 'explode violently?' I've got this."
Morgan casts Armor of Agathys at 3rd level. Goes the the edge of the boat as they are about to jump off they turn to Abigail, "Wish me luck!" and jumps off the side.
and then

One of the Leviathan's massive eyes breaches out of the water. A cloud of hot water filling the air and steaming up as it exhales a long breath.
"Weird Baby. In Danger. Hunter."
It rolls once again, it's large tentacles flapping around in the air as it begins to want to search once more.
