Not sure a gnoll's compliment counts as the best endorsement of your cooking, Brother Wilf Del says But presumably the mayor had higher standards. Will you make your way back to Greenbridge? I don't know where that is ((or do I?)); or did the raid that got you destroy the place? Del tells of a couple options for finding work and a home - joining the Prince's army as cook or soldier; the Hall of Courts is near by; we could easily drop him of in Slate City or Yonpinigel; for Free City he'd have some travel. We can send him with a letter to friends any of these spots.
Del asks Wilf if he knows anything from observing the visits from the hags and greyelf fella Who Sister Raven finished off, by the way, Sir Ethen wields his bow now you see
and looks at the map we just took for what it says about where we just were and the attack plans. Someone can prestidigitate the blood stains off if needed
And to everyone This hoop number 3 doesn't do us much good, but I can see how the Princes Army might make use, or the Knights of the Hall - this return spot would be convenient for them. I suspect hoop number 4 has another destination besides the warehouse and the shadowfell mesa. Shall we try for third time's a charm?

Wilf shakes his head. "I didn't understand a lot of the lingo when they talked. The hags wanted the gnolls to collect live victims for them, and the gnolls grumbled a lot about having to keep them alive. And the hags said if they didn't behave themselves, they would get orcs and giants instead, and that the gnolls would get left out when it was time to overrun the woods. The elf didn't say much, but once he said something about a Shadowfell army that would probably come for the final attack. Greenbridge was small, up near the northwest border of the Westwoods, and the gnolls didn't leave much of it. Me friends there are long gone. Maybe I'll head south. I hear the halfling republic is peaceful these days. None a these here goings on going on"
He looks around at the wilderness. "You, uh...know where I can get a lift?"

Del answers Well, I suspect there is a third destination in the Feywild through hoop #4. I question - would we go there because that is next, or is it a sequence that would go to the warehouse then the Shadowfell then the Feywild, because we are starting in the Material? So depending on luck, we could pass through Slate City, where one might get a ship. But I don't know if that counts as 'safe'; if anywhere is. Elsewise, the Hall of Courts is a short trip away, a good start to anywhere, and we can hoop from there just as well, and maybe take a break.

"Well, this place is getting less and less safe." Raven points out. "I don't mind killing me some Gnolls, so we can stay if you guys wish, but otherwise let's get back through a hoop, or teleport away instead, either is fine."
So let's just get there then Del says. He pulls the usual 8 owls out of thin air; FB doesn't need her own - mostly riding on M's shoulder but flitting off every once in a while to ask questions of A or "the scary girl" (as she calls Raven) - so Wilf can chose to ride an owl of ride in the tapestry. I guess anyone could ride in the tapestry if they want a rest or to play with their dragons. And the table is available for a ride for a while, though it is not as fast.
Pretty sure it was less than an hour by owl last time. So we can get to the Hall and brief Sir Rokkeek or whoever is in charge now on the gnoll threat and using the hoop. I think we should give him #3 - either the Hall Knights or the Prince's Army can find a use, taking out gnolls, getting back to a known point pretty conveniently located from anywhere.
We can also update on our Brother Sir Elwin, though I think we heard the Knights and the Army are in touch generally, probably nice to hear news in person
And Wilf can start from here as well as anywhere. Del will give him 10 gold as a start, wish him luck, and tell him about what we know - sugar trade from the Halfling Republic has been disrupted, but maybe we have done enough damage that it'll start up again, and there is a lot of bad land between here and there.
Del is indifferent whether we spend the night and recover our strength, or press on this afternoon. No one is badly injured and we only burned a few spells / daily actions, but we do not have a deadline either.
Once we start either way, Del suggests seeing if hoop #4 has a third destination or if this whole plan is a bust

You arrive at the Hall of Courts to find things pretty much unchanged. Sir Rokkeek greets you warmly. Yes, he has heard of Elwin's departure, but says only, "Each knight must find his own path. Sir Elwin has not abandoned his quest, he is merely approaching it from another direction." He promises to look into the gnoll hoop, and see whether they can use it to make a serious attack on the encampment. "It sounds like it's probably in the gnoll homelands, but if they are preparing an attack on the Westwoods, better to thin out their numbers there than wait for them to arrive."
Wilf thanks you warmly. He finds traveling dwarves at the hall who are planning to head east, and he decides to go with them as far as The Cranes, and catch a riverboat toward the dwarven kingdoms. "If you ever want a good cook, look me up in the Three Peaks," he says. "I will make the best stew you've ever had. I owe you my life!"
At last you face the final hoop destination. Stepping through the three-stranded hoop, you find yourself in a clearing in a forest. It is twilight, with faint stars overhead, the fading light of the sun on the eastern horizon, and the moon huge and just barely in view to the west. The plants are eerily huge, lush and beautiful. The center of the clearing appears to have been trampled and flattened to mud, but plant life is making a slight comeback, as if whatever crushed the plants has been gone for a while now. You are clearly either in the Feywild, or some extremely magical and fey-touched part of the Westwoods willderness. (Mindartis and Althaea can make a perception roll to figure out more about where they are.)
