MistBusters - A Curse of Strahd PbP

((No worries, plus, given that its day, you weren't far, and heard George, we'll say you had advantage. You may take the 20 and proceed as normal.))

Samudra, you too see the same mist-clad, color-drained, figure as George. Adanmar Windblood stands once more on his own too feet. The very man that you buried last night, and Bry wanted to eat this morning. 

((She gives her reaction as described in post #1135))

"Whoa, calm yourself Samudra, I know it could be odd but imagine how could it be for me,  I am not here to suck your brains if you are thinking about that, I just.....woke up on the grave you did, so are the MistBusters accepting members?" He asks smiling to his friends...

Samudra watches him with wide eyes. She opens her mouth to speak, but the only sounds that come out is a weird squeak that sounds like a hoarse kitten's meow.

Grim grabs the headband an goes to find George. Ideas going through his head as he chuckles to himself. He comes across this seen and his demeanor instantly changes. He puts the band away and sprints of to the mist corpse going to knock it down.

Movement: to the fake adanmar

Action: unarmed attack- 17. Damage- 5 crit fail here :'(

Bonus Action: flurry of blows- 23. Damage- 6. 18. Damage- 7.

Dex saving throw or become prone. DC 14))

"George grab it" he yells while attacking.

((Dex save: 9))

Adanmar lost his balance under the coming blows.

"What? Grim stop damn, that's me ok, the real one, even if different somehow, stop, I am not gotta hurt you, anyone of you besides that freaking Vampire, believe me, or ask the Cleric to check for you"

Samudra hisses and streaks out of the shadows in between Grim and Adanmar "Stop!" She yelps, frill on end. "This is the worst nightmare I've ever had..."  She mutters under her breath, her Scimitar slightly drawn.

George dumbfounded.  George bewildered.  George just sit there. 

If anyone who with Adanmar would like to try to ascertain if he is real or what is affecting him, you can make a Religion or Arcana check.

((I assume only George and Samudra are there - the rest of us are still on/in the wagon - or did we stop the wagon?))

((And besides, how did you find us, Grim? Don't you have to roll a survival check?))

"Soooo... You're a Revenant, apparently. Grim, its ok. He's like that undead soldier we met on the trail. I'm not 100 percent sure, but like 99 or something..." She trails off. 

Adanmar shrugs, head shaking "I don't know Samudra, perhaps I am what you say, I was dead or still dead somehow, damn I was quite sure about that but then...a vision felt my last moments...I saw my father's death, my mother's...death, I knew who kill them my friend, who kill all my family and my clan...and I knew that was not only a mere vision, a figment of my imagination...that was real.... a bastard from Strahd, one of his lacchè, I.....just.....want to see him dead, I am here for this, I cannot rest until got my revenge, I feel this burning sensation seeds my limbs and strengthen my arms....and I am just here, with you again, for the last hunt of my days"

Samudra sighs as her frill settles. "Bry wanted to eat you this morning... he was a potted plant with a head... God that was weird..." Samudra trails off mumbling. "Well, we best catch up. If they are to far, I'll carry ya." She suggests.
