As you load an arrow, the blackened wood of the bow seems to infect it like a virus. Releasing it, the arrow lodges itself into the creature’s shoulder, but the demon looks like it has more fight in it. Roll initiative!

The arrow wedges itself into Elwarith’s target. However, the Vrock swoops down and delivers an ungodly screech, (Group Con Saves: E: 15 Gr: 10 Ge: 7 B: 13 A: 2 D: 17). The screech is unlike anything you’ve ever heard. It’s haunting and vitriolic, as if you’re reliving every failure and trauma in your lives simultaneously. Everyone except Grim and Adanmar are stunned until the Vrock1’s next turn.

Given that Grim has not replied, and that I would rather not hold this up, I will take control for the moment.
Grim will leap off of the wagon as Adanmar slashed through the creature. Spinning like a wild windmill, Grim swings (Attack: 22 Damage: 7 magic bludgeoning), and wedges his staff into its wound, vaulting himself above the flying creature. Flipping midair, Grim brings the staff downward (Attack: 25 Damage: 12 magic bludgeoning) and slams it against the creature’s skull. As he falls back to earth, Grim spins (Attack: 25 Damage: 7 magic bludgeoning) and slams a knee into the demon’s neck. The Vrock is enraged.

The second, untouched Vrock will screech in Abyssal and fly towards Grim, as he is engaged with the slowly dying Vrock. Like a swooping vulture, the Vrock descends in a flurry of beak (Attack: 10 Damage: 14 piercing damage) and claws (Attack: 15 Damage: 14 slashing damage). While Grim ducks under a beak, the claw streaks across Grim’s chest.
Round Resets
Vrock1 will disengage and fly 30 feet back into the air as black ichor drips from its sun-bleached wounds.
