A sudden thought hit the Revenant as the terrible hut's roots did "Woa, Dav, Kas, that walking/hitting house is a kind of construct, how brilliant I am isn't it? It could be stopped with one of your dispel magic or something like that, maybe we will have the chance to find and extract the Seed who give it life"

 Davmorn and Kasimir look at the giant terror hut and back at you, both replying at the same time, “Are you insane!?” Davmorn rolls up his sleeves, “Bah, fine! If you lot get killed because this doesn’t work, it’s on yer head.” While Kasimir is looking at mad face of the witch, “He’s right... this may take a few tries. I’m not sure how many opportunities we’ll have. We’ll try our best.”

Elwarith is up! The Hut lumbers 30 ft infront of you. Baba Lysaga’s mad gaze stares down at you as she cackles. It would seem that all her intelligence is lost in this state as she is mad with rage!

Elwarith would like to attempt to dodge the huts flailing arms and enter the hut and then try and rip the gem out of the floor

The hut is currently standing about 40 feet tall on its roots and is 30 feet away from you. You would need to dash if you wanted to begin climbing it (with some Acrobatics checks of course). Alternatively, you can run up to it, take the Dodge action and then begin climbing next turn. It may take a few tries, but you may certainly try. 

Then I'll wait to try climbing, instead I'll run up, fire 2 arrows then dodge (are we still blessed?)

((Well I was saying dash to begin climbing, and rolling an acrobatics check to determine if climbing the actual creature is difficult terrain. Run, Shoot, then Climb. Or you can pass if you prefer))

 In the meantime, George also rushes forward with his blood spear. It’s magic edge cleaves through the thick roots of the hut’s “legs.” It buckles to one side before more roots lift it up once more. Lysaga turns her misty gaze from Elwarith to George!

((Alright, in the sense of saving time, I’ll handle Bry’s turn. Apologies for the delay.))

Bry will conjure a 3rd level fireball in between his hands and release it outward toward the animated hut, for 36 fire damage or half on a save (7). The hut, being a hut, does not move out of the way of the flames as the orb detonates against the side of the home. Baba Lysaga roars in pain all semblance of reason has been complete purged from her in pure rage. Magic Surge? 9 No.

Davmorn will shout toward the hut, “Kelemvor’s got a few words for you regardin’ your new living arrangements, ya witch!” Davmorn casts Dispel Magic at 3rd level. Baba Lysaga’s visage ripples and shimmers as she struggles to resist the effect of the spell (Con: 8). However, as she roars, her images winks out of existence as the hut freaks and falls to one side. Davmorn mutters with a pleasantly shocked expression, “Uh... ay... that’s what I thought!”

The hut lies still... for how long though?

"Yeah...good job Davmorn, told you it will work" The Hunter Shifts to his hunting form to gain some temporary health ((+9HP)) and then sprints into the hut looking for the Seed of the Winery ((Perception: 13 or Investigation: 17)), he shouts "If it works as for the Gulthias tree we should find and remove from this hut the Seed to stop it forever..."
