Dovmorn grunts with satisfaction at killing another monster, hopefully on his way to bringing himself peace. He races back downstairs to help with the vampire spawn. As soon as he is able to see the son of the priest upstairs, he will attempt to use his holy symbol to cast an attack.
Movement: Move towards Doru
Action: Sacred Flame Dex Save DC 14; if fails take 6 Radiant Damage.
The searing light bursts forth from Davmorn's holy symbol towards Doru. The creature attempts to leap away, ((26)) and succeeds as the flaming energy streaks past the creature. It takes a moment to observe its current situation, breathing haggard breathes in between glances. It will then Disengage and run up the ceiling of the stairs toward where Elwarith and the exit are.

Elwarith feels some life returning to him as he also sees Doru charging across the ceiling towards him and instinctively he lashes out at him with his rapier once again....he can't let this creature escape in to the wild even if it costs him his life.

As Doru charges forward, Elwarith raises his rapier and pierces the vampire spawn's shoulder ((6 piercing damage)). In that moment, Elwarith sees a small fragment of humanity in the creatures eyes as it looks shocked before the primal, undead nature once again overtakes it.
