OOC: I have never taken that to read exactly 0 hp, that would be very rare. There are no negative hp in 5e, you hit zero and then you start dying and making death saves.
((I don't believe 5e has negative hit points. I do know that if you take, I believe, double your total HP, then you are immediately killed.))

As Samudra's hooves kick off of George's face, she flips midair and reverts back to her dragonborn form. George's unconscious form begins to fall back, but in a moment, adrenaline pulses through his body, waking up just in time to get an attack of opportunity on the running dragonborn.

The fourth bat swarm will actually locate Elwarith using its 60 ft blindsight. The creatures then swarm around him and make an attack, 9, and sink their tiny fangs into the assassin, dealing 5 piercing damage.
Ireena will then attempt to skewer the second swarm of bats with her rapier, 12, which fails...
