As George brings down his axe, he gets about halfway through the crate, but his axe is stuck on the creaking wood, only to be met by a terrified scream. Pulling out the axe, George sees the still, but still-breathing, form of a little girl. George’s axe is only about an inch away from her head. If you had fully destroyed the crate, the girl would have certainly been killed.

Samudra peaks into the crate and makes that strangled kitten sound again, then sighs. She pulls open the crate the rest of the way and and studies the girl with soft eyes.

You are able to quickly get the crate open as George also helps. The girl is small, likely no more than five years old, and seems exhausted. Her eyes open for a moment and go wide as she places a small hand on your snout. Her eyes close again, but she is definitely still breathing. There is another crate that sits under the now broken one as well.

While Samudra is doting over the child, George hears a voice in his ear. Grim’s voice to be exact. It whispers, “George is an idiot. He nearly killed that girl. We should put him down the first chance we get.” Meanwhile, Grim is standing next to Samudra.
