They move quickly, but not quickly enough, as Dart manages to place a long cut on the outside of their thigh, taking advantage of the temporary confusion. Seeing you both fight the guard up close, Dagmar stays back and takes aim with his crossbow, taking care not to hit any of you. Seeing his hesitancy, the guard bobs and weaves between you, and the shot goes wide.

Blair lifts herself to kneel at full height, her emerald eyes scan the audience to drink in their enthusiasm. What was a hint of a smirk twitched and grew three sizes, into a full wry smile as they'd clammour for an encore.
The redhead would close her eyes and bring up a hand to place over the left side of her chest. "I took an arrow to the heart." She'd lift her hand and pat her chest as if mimicking a heartbeat, beginning a beat. "I never kissed a mouth that tastes like yours. Strawberries and somethin' more." She'd open her eyes. "Ooh yeah, I want it all." And rise to her feet.
Blair would start stepping forward, "Lipstick on my collar" She'd adjust her attire near her neck then reach forward to hold out her borrowed flask, giving it a little shake towards someone and wait for them to fill it. "Fill up the flask," She'd wink and continue padding along the crowd. Eyes locking on one of the superior officers, the dancer would crook her finger to pick them out. "We can run real far." Closing the gap, she'd slip her hand in theirs with an enticing smile. "Go dancin' underneath the stars." She'd playfully tug them with her to centre stage. "Ooh yeah, I want it all."
The dancer spins and lifts a leg high, hooking her boot heel on the 'volunteer's' shoulder. "Mm, you got me feelin' like-" And she presses down, pushing the officer to take a seat just as a halfling sets a chair down in time for them. "I wanna be that girl," She runs her hands from their knees up, "I wanna kiss your thighs" Then runs a hand up their torso. "I wanna drink that smile," Her finger traces up their neck, along their jaw line and lifting their chin "I wanna feel like-" She'd let go to step back.
Blair would step spin, scuffing her heel against the ground to cast a spark. It'd light up a trail of fire. "Like my soul's on fire," She'd bring her arms back into her body to hug herself as she'd step out of her spin, "I wanna stay up all day and all night." Scoop up her staff and light it in one smooth transition. "Yeah, you got me singin' like," She begins twirling it as she steps back towards her seated 'subject'. "Ooh, I love it when you do it like that." Blair would spin slow circles around them and when she'd come back around in front of them, she'd position herself between their legs, facing away. "And when you're close up," She'd lean back to lower herself close to them and shimmy her shoulders, "you give me the shivers."
Then she'd stand back upright, spinning the flaming staff over her head, "Oh baby, you wanna dance," She'd bring the staff spinning in front of her, "'til the sunlight cracks" Then turns herself to face the officer in their seat, spinning the staff at her back. She'd unhook her heel to release the chair, having it abruptly rock forward back on all fours, now resting her leg over the volunteers shoulder and the back of the chair. "And we'll say, ooh, I love it when you do it like that." She'd smirk leaning forward to close the gap further, now spinning the staff high above their heads, "And when you're close up, give me the shivers." She'd shimmy again.
"Oh baby," Blair unhooks her leg and throws it up over their head, turning herself and bring her foot down to the ground on the other side of their leg, now facing away. "You wanna dance 'til the sunlight cracks." She bends forward spinning the staff ahead of her. "And when they say the party's over," She'd start to straighten up, peeking over her shoulder. "Then we'll bring it right back." Smack. The redhead slaps her rear.
Blair begins to strut away, "Leaving the bar," She’d snuff out the flame on her staff creating a smokescreen, only to circle back to the officer, “On the quiet beach in the moonlit dark,” And straddles them, sitting in their lap. “Wrap me up between your legs and arms.” She’d lean closer to press her body against theirs, “Ooh, I can't get enough.” The redhead adjusts the officers uniform, “You know you could tear me apart.” Emerald eyes flick up to meet theirs, “Put me back together and take my heart.” She’d trace fingers down their attire. “I never thought that I could love this hard.” Blair would begin to lean her torso back until she was stretched out to the floor. “Ooh, I can't get enough.”
“Mm!” She pushes off, “You got me feeling like,” Lifts her legs into the air for a forearm stand, “I wanna be that girl,” Parts her legs into a split, “I wanna kiss your thighs” Then lowers herself back down onto her chest and stomach. “I wanna drink that smile,“ She’d peel herself up off the floor. “I wanna feel like I'm-“ The red head would take hold of her staff and throw herself into an enthusiastic spin. She scuffs her heel on the floor once again, sparking up a flame, “Like my soul's on fire,” And follows through with striking her staff, ”I wanna stay up all day and all night” The ends on fire.

“Baby, you burn so hot,” Flames erupt in a circle around her and the seated officer. “You make me shiver with the fire you got,” The dancer prowls towards them, “This thing we started,” Emerald eyes lock on them once again, ”I don't want it to stop.” She spins and dips leaning forward facing them, “You know you make me shiver.” Another shimmy. “Yeah, you got me singin' like” Blair back steps out into another spin, “Ooh, I love it when you do it like that” Twirling the staff over her head as she comes to a stop facing away from her volunteer, “And when you're close up,” She bends forward, away from them, “Give me the shivers.” And shimmies her hips.

Dart lands a blow that briefly winds the guard, as the halfling dodges below the guard's parry. In his exhausted state, Parker is no match for the guard though, and they try to raise the alarm again, with a bellowing cry.

Seeing as he is now surrounded on all sides, the guard slashes at Dart with his longsword. "I'll gut ya like a fish for this!" In the cramped conditions of the dungoen though, the longsword is more of a hindrance, and Dart dodges both attacks. With a desperate grunt, the guard launches a strike with the shortsword in his offhand, trying to land a hit on the halfling somehow. The shortsword, being nimbler in this tight space, does eventually land a hit as after a bit of fancy footwork, Dart puts too much weight on his foreleg, which the guard exploits with a quick drawcut on the calf (4 slashing damage).
Dagmar meanwhile hs started to run further down the corridor, leaving you two to deal with the guard here.

By now, the room is packed full with soldiers and officers, and the crowd makes so much noise that it's very unlikely that anyone in the barracks or above is hearing anything else- and most of them are likely wanting to join to see what's going on.

Blair would cross her leg over the other to make a show of getting comfortable on the Superior Officer's lap. "Who's fired up!" She'd purr, raising her arms in the air and motioning with her hands to encourage them to agree. "I could use a little something to wet my whistle. Now how about you?" She'd wink, calling for another round of drinks and to maybe accidentally spill a little on her.
The soldiers and officers are hooting and hollering, all wanting to get a drink or a piece of the dancer. Like the professional performer that she is, Blair flirts with the men and women, keeing their interest and attention and consciously playing with the more adventurous, sharing a laugh on their behalf with the rest of the room. Following your lead, the gnomes have started sharing out ales and spirits and collecting a hefty margin, while you had their attention. In the center of the room, you see your Flame, who you leveraged into allowing this. While you can tell that she doesn't like the fact that she's been put into this position, you and her both know that you know how to command a room, and at this moment, her consternation seems to be far from her mind, as she is clearly enjoying your show.

I wince as the blade catches my calf and quickly look down to assess how bad the wound is. While looking at the wound, I hear a crackling sound. Followed by an outburst of pain from the guard. I hear something clatter to the ground. Assuming it’s one of the guards weapons I’ll stoop quickly to collect it.
Seeing red from having been injured I’ll slash at the guard with both shortswords.
The guard before you is heavily armoured, and although your blows connect, you doubt that they left more than a bruise. When Parker swings his chains, the guard grabs them and yanks hard on them. At the same time, they lash out twice at Dart with their longsword, gritting their teeth when their shortsword is picked up by the halfling and now gripping the sword with both hands for extra leverage. The sudden shift in technique catches you off-guard, and the blade carves a bloody furrow allong your right side (5 slashing damage), but you are ready for the second blow and dodge it by a hair's breadth.
Parker, please give me a Str save, DC 16, or Parker will fall prone.

From further down the corridor, you hear the heavy clanking of a lock, followed shortly after by Dagmar's shout: "We got'er! Come on now!"

Quick update on the tactical situation:
Dagmar has Twitch and is heading to the exit with her. I have Murph setting up covering the corridor that the guard came from and covering Dagmar's exit. Parker and Dart are still engaged with the solitary guard, while Blair is successfully preventing any alarm from being raised, for now. Jailbreak crew, you could simply leg it at this point, if the guard proves too tough to take on. We'll still stay in initiative, but you could try to stagger your exit, so as to cover each other's retreat. Once outside, comms with Blair can be reestablished as well, letting her know what's going on.
Of course, you could also stay and try to kill the guard/free more prisoners/wreak more havoc if you want to. The above is just a heads- up

The guard looks severely hurt, but manages to block the axe strike and -is now placing his back against the wall to keep all attackers in his field of vision.

The soldiers and officers are hooting and hollering, all wanting to get a drink or a piece of the dancer. Like the professional performer that she is, Blair flirts with the men and women, keeing their interest and attention and consciously playing with the more adventurous, sharing a laugh on their behalf with the rest of the room. Following your lead, the gnomes have started sharing out ales and spirits and collecting a hefty margin, while you had their attention. In the center of the room, you see your Flame, who you leveraged into allowing this. While you can tell that she doesn't like the fact that she's been put into this position, you and her both know that you know how to command a room, and at this moment, her consternation seems to be far from her mind, as she is clearly enjoying your show.

I wince as the blade catches my calf and quickly look down to assess how bad the wound is. While looking at the wound, I hear a crackling sound. Followed by an outburst of pain from the guard. I hear something clatter to the ground. Assuming it’s one of the guards weapons I’ll stoop quickly to collect it.
Seeing red from having been injured I’ll slash at the guard with both shortswords.

The guard before you is heavily armoured, and although your blows connect, you doubt that they left more than a bruise. When Parker swings his chains, the guard grabs them and yanks hard on them. At the same time, they lash out twice at Dart with their longsword, gritting their teeth when their shortsword is picked up by the halfling and now gripping the sword with both hands for extra leverage. The sudden shift in technique catches you off-guard, and the blade carves a bloody furrow allong your right side (5 slashing damage), but you are ready for the second blow and dodge it by a hair's breadth.
Parker, please give me a Str save, DC 16, or Parker will fall prone.

Quick update on the tactical situation:
Dagmar has Twitch and is heading to the exit with her. I have Murph setting up covering the corridor that the guard came from and covering Dagmar's exit. Parker and Dart are still engaged with the solitary guard, while Blair is successfully preventing any alarm from being raised, for now. Jailbreak crew, you could simply leg it at this point, if the guard proves too tough to take on. We'll still stay in initiative, but you could try to stagger your exit, so as to cover each other's retreat. Once outside, comms with Blair can be reestablished as well, letting her know what's going on.
Of course, you could also stay and try to kill the guard/free more prisoners/wreak more havoc if you want to. The above is just a heads- up

Harried from all sides, the guard struggles to keep his defence up, and Murph manages to puncture the guard's armour just below his shoulder blade. The guard looks severely hurt, but manages to block the axe strike and -is now placing his back against the wall to keep all attackers in his field of vision.
