OOC: Do we need to wait between posts in combat for you to wrap up a characters turn or, for instance now, can I go ahead and post my actions as I am next in the initiative order?
[Some enemies have reactions they can take on a player's turn, and going back to reassign an attack and the possible ensuing damage done to an enemy that has fallen onto one that hasn't can end up losing the time saved by not waiting. That being said, if the rest of the group would prefer to just post in initiative order and retcon when needed, we'll go with the will of the group.]
The kobold in front of Ghenesh gets a dagger up in time to block Ghenesh's attack. Fjordix, what do you do?
[I'm in favor of the current method. It's how I run my game. I think it lets the player plan a bit more. However, I too will follow the majority here.]

Fjordix joins the fray beside Ghenesh, hefting his Glaive and bringing it down swiftly on the Kobold with all his might. While his body is here, going through the motions of his training, his mind is on the dragon above, and that is what fuels his anger.
Move: Move in beside Ghenesh and attack the same kobold
Standard Action: Attack with Glaive, with Great Weapon Master (because I'm so angry!), 20 to hit for 19 slashing damage
Bonus Action: Great Weapon Master: On your turn, when you score a critical hit with a melee weapon or reduce a creature to 0 hit points with one, you can make one melee weapon attack as a bonus action. (Just in case: 19 to hit for 24 slashing damage)

Fjordix's glaive cleaves through the first kobold in a mighty (if a bit erratic) swing. The next kobold just barely dodges out of the way of the next swing.
While the limping man and the 3 children watch from the shadows, the woman jabs her spear at another kobold,[Attack: 7Damage if hit: 4] but misses her strike.

Monk-E rushes to position himself along side Fjordix to attack the second Kobold he just narrowly missed. Using the shortsword he has gripped firmly in his left hand he attempts to slice through the kobold [Attack: 13 Damage: 6]. Then assessing his success he uses his martial arts skill to make another unarmed attack (as a bonus action) to either continue attacking this kobold or, if this kobold was was done for, focuses his efforts on the next kobold in line. His swings his right leg into the head of his opponent.[Attack: 11 Damage: 8]
Nydella casts 1d6 inspiration on Valharri attack roll by singing "Rising up, back on the street Did my time, took my chances Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet Just a man and his will to survive..."
{I don't roll for this right? It's an instantaneous spell}

[Correct. There's no roll you have to make. Valharri now has 1d6 she can add to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw she makes. The choice to use the 1d6 doesn't have to be made before the roll, but must be before I confirm whether or not the roll was succesful (e.g., if you roll a 10 for attack, you could choose to roll the d6 if you think it could boost your attack roll to a hit, but you probably wouldn't do it if your attack roll was a 5).]
Monk-E's sword and kick both swing a bit wide of the kobold. After Nydella's song, the kobolds move in to attack the people on the front line:

Attacks on Fjordix: Kobold 3: 24 Damage: 4 Kobold 4: 24 Damage: 4 [I could have sworn this was a crit as well the first time I posted it.]
Attacks on the woman: Kobold 5: 15 Damage: 3 Kobold 6: 23 Damage: 3
Attack on Monk-E: Kobold 7: 16 Damage: 5
The attacks on Ghenesh and Monk-E miss, but the attacks on the woman hit, and the attacks on Fjordix are critical, dealing an extra 3 and 4 damage, respectively.
Initiative Order:
Ghenesh - 23
Fjordix - 22
Family - 19
Monk-E - 9
Nydella - 5
Kobolds - 3
Valharri - 1
Rex'aliha - 0
The people who have already posted actions will have those actions take place during their first turn.
Valharri, mending has a casting time of 1 minute. You might want to choose a different option for your turn.
Ghenesh, you're up.
