Herald will spend his turn staring at the drow from the roof edge directly across from him. Debating whether he can survive jumping to the ground and climb the building behind the drow's current perch...
Ok. Although idk what is going on ( as in arthur ) I ask the tabaxi " pray tell, can you tell me what's going on here?" And also " if you are missing a scimitar there is a half elf sailor below us using it for defense . My name is Arthur by the way, and I'm certain the city watch will arrive soon".

Aust points to the north side of his building, and him and Adam head off that direction.
Darvin shouts to Cloud that he's checking down the southern alley. Cloud looks at Arthur and utters what sounds like a thankful "meow", grabs her bow, and shoots off quick as lightning after him.
6 members of the City Watch arrive from the East. 4 keep a lookout while one begins tending to the bloody half elf. The Watch Captain asks "What befalls"?
The half elf responds "I think I was attacked. I remember pain and blood before passing out. I think I woke to that man saving my life" as he points to Arthur. The Watch Captain turns to Arthur, about to speak when all eyes turn towards the sound of an explosion down the street.
(Cut to the rooftops) The Drow, upon hearing the noise in the street below, gets up from his sitting position and wanders south. Standing in the air just past the building, he glanced back at the half elf that has been pursuing him. He draws his pistol to snap off a quick shot before disappearing below the roof....
Attack roll with Disadvantage due to his target being Lightly Obscured in the Darkness:
Arthur will accompany the city guard incase they need assistance as any good paladin would do . He does have his great sword out, as the usual precaution , if the guards are observant his holy symbol is his amulet , which hopefully tells the guards he is no threat to them
The Captain sends 6 members of the City Watch to check out the explosion.
"Stay your sword, son of Tyr. The City Watch has this under control, there is no need to involve yourself in this gang war. I'm Captain Staget, and I..."
His face takes a far off look for a moment, then looks around at everyone around him. "Either one side has employed a dark elf, or wants to throw us off the scent. Jenkins, split the new squad and search down both alleys. Keep sharp." A new squad of 6 shows up, and is split in two groups heading down the alleys. "And send a squad after that panther! This place is just getting weirder" Turns to Arthur. "Unless there is more you'd like to add to your statement?"
My statement ? I decided to take a stroll . I've only been in waterdeep a few weeks now. I heard 2 loud booms as i was sightseeing in these docks. That's when I came across the half elf sailor and the tabaxi archer, both wounded and near death. I healed them and this is where we are now . ( billy ask's if the sailor is still near by )
"Did you heal them with your sword? Though it does look rather clean, and this guy still has his head on him."
He turns to the half-elf "And which gang are you mixed in with, Zhent or Xanathar?"
The half-elf "I don't even know who that is, my ship just pulled in today. Name's Cletus, a deckhand on The Belladonna. I'm out tonight drinking up my pay before we ship off"
"Did you heal them with your sword? Though it does look rather clean, and this guy still has his head on him."
He turns to the half-elf "And which gang are you mixed in with, Zhent or Xanathar?"
The half-elf "I don't even know who that is, my ship just pulled in today. Name's Cletus, a deckhand on The Belladonna. I'm out tonight drinking up my pay before we ship off"
"We'll be checking out both your stories. I'll kinda ask you, again, to put your sword away, citizen."
Gajimi, you notice a 4 member squad of the City Watch approaching you cautiously with their weapons drawn.
Arthur slings his sword back where it belongs. " My apologies Capt Staget . It was out because I was ready to help you. I understand if you don't need or want my aid concerning your guard but at least allow cletus and myself to help search for innocent survivors if there are anymore casualties "." "We'll Mr Darkeyes, while we appreciate your help it is highly unadvised. There is a gang war going on right now that we are dealing with. And while we have no problems with scum killing scum, we don't like it spilling into the streets. Our suspicions are naturally up we come across a scene like this. Especially when it also comes with someone who "takes a stroll" of the Dock Ward at night looking like they are outfitted for a wilderness expedition".
