Baeshra, all is silent behind the curtain. When you poke your head through you see a chamber with an altar in the middle. This chamber occupies the northern tower of the castle. A stone altar stands in the middle of the room, covered with bloodstained black cloth. Golden ritual implements—a chalice, a knife, and a censer—are carefully arranged on top of the altar.
Droop looks with you and says "Maglubiyet. God of goblins."
Umbriel, you hear nothing at the door and when you poke your head through you see a corridor opening onto the familiar steps of the front entrance of the castle. The corridor is cluttered with dusty rubble and fallen plaster from a partial collapse of the ceiling overhead.
Nyx doesn't hear anything through the door. She slowly swings it open and looks inside. It appears to be a storage room. Old casks of salted meat and sacks of rotting grain fill this storage area. Among the supplies, you see a bloody suit of chain mail, a heavy crossbow, and an unsheathed longsword with the emblem of Neverwinter worked into its hilt. Baeshra recognizes the chain mail, crossbow and longsword as belonging to Sildar Hallwinter.
Umbriel heads north, to join Baeshra and the others. "In this place, and without Whistler, I think it's best if we stick together. I'm still worried we may open a door and be overrun by filthy goblins... no offense, Droop."
When Nyx & Baeshra venture into the storage room a little further they see that the western most door is open, as if someone ran through in a hurry. Inside that room are more cots. The wall has hooks for mounting spears, longswords, greatswords and morningstars. Most of the weapons have been removed, although a quarterstaff remains. It is engraved with stylized feathers and is surprisingly light.
As you all gather in the storage room, Gundren recognizes Sildar's gear as well "That there is Sildar's gear! We should take it back to him."
And both Gundren and Lyngheid enter the storage room their eyes are inexplicably drawn to a small cask underneath some other barrels and crates. Gundren cracks it open and sniffs it. "This is fine dwarven brandy!" He takes a gulp of it and smacks his lips.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Umbriel will take the quarterstaff and look at it thoughtfully. "This is interesting, and bears further investigation." He'll try to figure out if there's something obviously magical about it (if the DM allows) with an Arcana check: 16
(Looks like a pretty big stick, nothing more, I suppose)

Nyx, Umbriel, Baeshra, Droop and anyone else who is accompanying them move from door to door counter-clockwise.
Nyx listens at the first door...nothing...she moves on to the second door...again no sound. At the third door she thinks she hears something for an instant, but then realizes it is just her own heartbeat. As she and Droop and Umbriel approach the fourth door Baeshra notices a trip-wire in front of them. Before he can dino-snort a warning, they walk through the trip wire and a cave-in of wooden beams and heavy stones come loudly crashing down onto them.
Droop, Nyx, Umbriel make a DC10 Dex save. Take 6 bludgeoning damage on a fail, half on a save.
Umbriel is going to walk over to the western door, and listen carefully for movement or voices on the other side. Perception: 15
Baeshra will listen at the curtain, and if he hears nothing, poke his head through.

Nyx twists her nose up at the goblin alter.
"I suppose it is fitting in this place. You know I have concern leaving it empty once we leave. It could become another bastion for evil doers."
She slides past Baeshra towards the north western door near the alter and pressing an ear up against it, sees if she can hear anything beyond.

Baeshra will move up to that door and scratch at it for a momeny before looking to Nyx as plaintively as a dinosaur can.

It's a nice quarterstaff, but you don't think it is magical.
Nyx quietly moves out into the main entryway, checking the other doors as she goes.

Ireniana stays back a few paces as she draws her sword in case something attacks them.
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Droop shakes the cloud of dust off of himself then helps to free those stuck in the rubble pile. "Now we all filthy!" he says with a grin at Umbriel.
The trap was pretty loud, but you don't see any other danger.
Nyx dodges as best she can.
"Ahh that was my fault... sorry friends. I have not traveled many dungeons."
