It isn't hard to find a tavern, there are a handful on the main street that parallels the river, along with bakeries and general goods.
You are able to find any of the basic adventuring supplies you want, along with rations at the general mercantile. The Rushing Inn advertises fresh loaves of bread with cheese, ale and harder drinks along with rooms if needed. The lunch crowd has just departed, but there are a few stragglers scattered around the tables and at the bar, finishing up their meals or nursing a drink.
(Assuming it's okay with the rest of the group) Umbriel will pull enough out of the party fund to buy two weeks of provisions for the crew of the airship and pay to have them delivered to a place outside of town, coordinated with Delsephine.
That's easy enough to do. It's going to cost 100 gold pieces for that many rations, and coordinating with the owner to get them delivered to Deselphine.
"Fantasic, Baeshra and Umbriel, you two sort out the purchase and delivery, I will start to work my magic... and that starts with"she waves down the bar wench "bread, fine cheese and your best ale"

The bar wench grins at you and hurries back with a basket of bread and a plate of cheese, and mugs full of ale, all for the pretty sum of 15 silver. She eyes you up and down before asking "What brings you lot to town?"
She gladly pockets the extra silver, "Try out your luck with what? There are a few Riverboat Casino's, if games of chance are your thing? I don't gamble, myself, but plenty of our customers do."
Nyx will find a good spot nearby that she can hang at and just take in the comings and goings without being noticed. Seeing who's in charge, what is being taken on board and how they react to patrons once they start turning up.

Lyngheid keeps well away from Nyx so as not to interrupt her watching and spends her time wandering around casting Mending on various bits of masonry, cement, door jambs, window ledges etc.

You find lots of windows and blemishes and things in need of minor repair. An old half-elf man steps out of a door where you were repairing a loose hinge and gives you a gold piece. "Thank you, my dear, that is very kind of you."
Umbriel would like to go window shopping with Droop, keeping him out of trouble while seeing if there are any shops or eateries of interest while we let Nyx scope the casinos out.

There's your standard general mercantile, a blacksmith, and a few carpenter shops, and you are able to find a bakery or two.
You watch for about 30 minutes as more barrels and crates are brought on board, and then a mob of people show up and stand on the deck. An official looking man walks down off the ship to inspect them, turns a few away but the rest he motions to come on board.
Right after that, more people arrive at the dock, these folks are well dressed and are greeted by the same man before they too are welcomed aboard the casino boat.
You don't seem to have caught anyone's attention.

Baeshra counts out the gold and offers to help take the rations to the ship.

Lyngheid simply watches with a smile.
Nyx pays her the silver. "Here to enjoy ourselves and try out out luck. Any tips or advise?"
She put an exter silver on the pile.

Lyngheid looks about, " So shall we head down there?"
Umbriel nods, downs his drink, and prepares to follow.
It's easy enough to make your way to the Grand Dame riverboat casino, moored at her pier.
You see a handful of dockworkers coming and going with crates and barrels, loading and offloading the ship.
What time of day is it? Does it look like they have patrons or are they stocking up for the night?

it's about 5pm, sundown isn't too far away. You haven't seen any patrons so far, just deckhands taking supplies on board the ship.
