The force of the magic missiles slam into Simyon; his body is jerked around like a puppet on a string, but somehow he is still up afterwards. Only barely though, and he's terrified. He turns tail and runs sixty feet into the night.
Round Two: Man 4 Man 2 Silent Man 1 Man 3 Magnum Simyon
Man 2 and Man 4 gape for a moment at Silent, and where Silent had previously been, and at their leader fleeing into the night, and they also flee, though in the opposite direction.
Silent is up. You could easily reach Man 1 and 3 to attack, or you could chase the fleeing attackers.
Magic Missile requires that the caster can see the target. As it's night, and Magnum doesn't have darkvision, does he have any other feature that would allow him to see Simyon sixty feet away?
No, Magnum was willing to end it if he didn't have to leave Silent by himself, even if the two surrendered. The two of you should really reconsider your life choices.
Your captain has abandoned you. As expected of a coward who would try to murder people in their sleep. Now, please tell me where I can find Simyon when he stops running.
Silent nods at Magnum with a small grin on his face. He kneels down to look at the men, mustering up his fiercest possible scowl.
Now listen here you little stirge-droppings. My partner here wants to see you dead - luckily, you've woke me up in a good mood so I'll vouch for you. You go back to your cronies and you tell them they don't breathe a word about either of us to anyone, or it'll be your head.
And in case you get any slick ideas when we're gone, here he gestures to Magnum, my partner has already...uh...laid a curse on your sorry hides. We knew you were coming here, we know where you'll be and if you start giving anybody grief we'll know where to bury you. That clear?
Even now my friend tries to spare your lives because he is a good man.
Magnum targets Simyon and fires Magic Missile. All three darts right at his face.

You will find that I am neither of those things.

Round Two:
Man 4
Man 2
Silent
Man 1
Man 3
Magnum
Simyon
Man 2 and Man 4 gape for a moment at Silent, and where Silent had previously been, and at their leader fleeing into the night, and they also flee, though in the opposite direction.
Silent is up. You could easily reach Man 1 and 3 to attack, or you could chase the fleeing attackers.
Oh, and Magnum activates his Defensive Field as a bonus action granting him 3 temp hp.
Silent will move towards 1 and 3 holding his blade overhead and yelling Drop your weapons and get on the ground!
He's Readying a non-lethal attack if either of them disregard his instructions and attempt to run or make a hostile move.
They both drop their weapons and drop to their knees.
Magnum is up. 1 and 3 have surrendered. 2 and 4 are fleeing, and the leader is also fleeing but in the opposite direction.
Magnum will fire another Magic Missile at Simyon, if he's within range. All three darts.

Nope. Not at present. I guess he gets to live.
You could give chase if you like. But it does limit your options. Will Magnum do anything this turn? If not, then combat is effectively over.
No, Magnum was willing to end it if he didn't have to leave Silent by himself, even if the two surrendered. The two of you should really reconsider your life choices.
Also, given how this ended, Magnum will ditch his Armor of Tools after his next long rest and activate his Goggles of Night.
Yes, um, sir, says one of the two men, currently kneeling on the ground and looking plenty scared.
Your captain has abandoned you. As expected of a coward who would try to murder people in their sleep. Now, please tell me where I can find Simyon when he stops running.
Ummm, I don't... One of the men speaks very uncertainly. I mean...
He has a house in Feolinn, the other says quickly. I guess he might go there.
Excellent. Now, I leave your fate in my esteemed companion‘s hands.

(OOC: Despite not having much of a face, Magnum is a terrible liar. Just FYI. Well, he’s not proficient, I should say.)
(OOC: Oh that makes me excited to see how this goes)
If it were up to me, I'd use a curse that causes your genitals to wither and drop off. You meat creatures are so fond of your protruding bits.
Ah of course, the... Curse of the Ball Eater. Nasty way to go - saw a dude get hit with it back in '22, was a real mess.
