Eikis is charmed by the beauty of the spring at the end of the pass. "It's so pretty here! Is this where we're going to set up camp?" she gushes. Still, being a little shaken by the violence of nature, both first with the snake attack and next with the violent storm, she takes some time to really inspect the surroundings of the little pool, to make sure there are no dangers hidden. She even inspects the structure of the pool of water, trying to see if there's any small life hidden in it, or moss growing around the edges -- any signs, really, that the water might be poisoned by the strange flowers and mushrooms growing around it, possibly stymying the growth of other plants around the water.
Investigation: 25 + Guidance: 1
Eikis will encourage everyone to fill their skins from the pool of water regardless, as well as any black caps or other mushrooms Barmo decided to collect, and arrange them in a small circle at her feet. Then she will cast purify food and drink over the whole lot of items, rending the water safe to drink, and even the mushrooms safe to eat, regardless of their actual species.
In doing a thorough search of the area you don't find anything alarming. Barmo doesn't recognize the type of mushroom but with Eikis's purify it doesn't matter so much. There aren't any tracks going or coming from the water. The recent storm has washed away small tracks but you don't see any larger tracks either. Ed easily find stuff to build a fire. Although most of the wood is wet, with a little searching you find some dryer pieces tucked away under small ledges. Until the fire really gets going it will put out a lot of smoke.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Oh! Are you going to cook tonight, or should I try?" Eikis says eagerly to Barmo, handing him the cleansed mushrooms. "Can I at least watch if you do?" she asks, eager to hone her cooking skills despite their wilderness surroundings. As she hands everyone back their waterskins, she takes another look at the small pond. "I can't tell if that water is safe to drink or not, but I didn't see a single animal track going to or from the water. That's... more than a little weird, so maybe we should be careful about using it untreated."
If Ed choses to start a fire, Eikis will summon her Unseen Servant to assist, namely, to flap away with a cloth the billowing smoke the green wood is generating so as not to choke out the camp or give their location away too obviously.
As she busies herself setting up for camp, humming a small tune under her breath, she sets Vicious on guard to watch the perimeter, and warn them of anything hostile that might be coming close.

Ed says: "It looks like a good place to me. I'm sure Esmee will have a look around and let us know if she finds a reason we should not camp here."
Ed will look around for camp supplies: rocks for a fire ring, wood for a fire, medicinal herbs for potions.

Edit: I did not manipulate any rolls forgot to add an investigation roll ... when I did add it the warning popped up.

Ed will keep casting the cantrip produce flame until the wet wood catches and we have a campfire.
